If you’re a big fan of rice pudding, this is your spot. The crêpes are pretty good also but the rice pudding is well worth the visit whether you like original or some of the other flavors that they have this location when you’re in Port Jefferson.

A rice pudding place! Niche, and if it's what you like in life, stop here and enjoy. Very pleasant with so many varieties I got stumped and just went with the original.

Ive noticed that there is always only one teenager working the job of at least 4 people expected to run an entire store by themselves, there should at least be at least one manager present every shift. Food was okay, batters a little too thick to really be called a crepe but whatever. i know a couple of places to get better quality crepes at a lower price like crazy crepe

rice pudding is absolutely delicious without a doubt. Lots of good flavors, decided on French toast. Service wasn’t the most accommodating, very unenthusiastic and somewhat unwelcoming

Stopped by on my tour of Port Jefferson on May 24th. The one girl who was at the counter with the glasses was literally the friendliest store worker I encountered all day in town. She truly went above and beyond. She took her time in preparing, right in front of me, the delicious strawberry crepe I had ordered. I had visited all the ice cream shops and countless restaurants already, Sweet N Savory was my second to last stop. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was excellent as well. I have to emphasize, this store worker truly improved my experience in town with her excellent customer service and kind disposition. The crepes are all freshly prepared while you watch. It’s a wonderful spot in town, truly.

Only one person working on a busy Sunday. Felt bad for her. Taking orders, cooking, cleaning up. There was a big line behind us. They had at least a 45 minute wait

First off I'll start with the crepes here give me stomach aches and don't taste very good in general for the $16-$20 price range you have to pay. If you want some really great crepes try Arnor's crepes and bubble tea in Stony Brook. Amazing crepes, sweet or savory. Another great place is Crazy crepes in Smithtown. Both cheaper as well. Do not work here. I am writing this review as a former employee and detailing my experience from this workplace. My first few shifts were with an employee named Rudy; I was informed right away by other workers that he was not open to training new crew members. It was only after about 4-5 weeks of working at this establishment I was made known to the fact that I would have to run the restaurant by myself and know how to do everything only after about month of working there. Keep in mind I was only working 1-2 shifts a week. I wasn't even being payed minimum wage during my training. My boss told me on my busiest day, quote, "We don't tell employees what to do here, you have to observe and learn on your own". Talk about not knowing how to run a business. My boss also freaked out every time she got a bad review and blamed it on the employees (which are mostly high schoolers) My friend who is still working there has burns and marks on his arms from the crepe ovens. I have found a few reviews saying that the crepes come out burnt. This is something by boss didn't even know how to fix when she came to observe my work / shift and said that it was me because I was changing the temp of the ovens, which I was not doing. I have also heard numerous past and current employees complain about Rudy and the comments he makes on fellow female workers. Racism, body shaming etc and just weird comments in general. I was ultimately let go after about a month because I couldn't work as efficiently and run the restaurant as good as someone who was working there for 2 years (Rudy). Don't waste on your money on this cheap tasting food please.

ingredients were low quality, mushrooms are from a can, and the staff was unenthusiastic to be there. If it wasn't for the $20 price tag I wouldn't be writing this review.

As an individual who used to work in this store, I must say that working here was one of the worst experiences in my life. My boss was extremely generous and kind however when I told her the situation that was occurring with an employee named Rudy she did not even do anything to fix the situation. Rudy is an individual who body shamed me called me fat and asked me constantly about my weight. As well as he stated that he did not like to work with African American individuals. He also made homophobic comments about my other coworker. I explained all of this to the owner and all she said was that I would not be working with him. I think it is very unprofessional for a young college student to be treated like this by an adult who has already been working at this store for a long period. It is very disappointing that this experience happened and I hope whoever works with Rudy does not experience this. Very unprofessional and disrespectful is what I would call this store

Why is this place so good?1. Kids to adults will find something they will enjoy2. You got savory crepes with meat n cheese, sweet dishes with berries n Nutella, and vegetarian dishes!2.5 you can ask them to craft a special crepe for you!3. The prices trend towards >$15, but if you just want a simple sweet crepe they have a new $10 special!4. Before you leave I'd recommend grabbing some rice pudding to go: they have a bunch of flavors that you wouldn't find elsewhere. My new goal is to try a new flavor each time I visit.5. After you are done with your meal, you can walk off the calories in the local dog park, rocket ship park, or take a seat by the boats. It is just a wonderful place overall, in such a wonderful area.

Dietary restrictions: It says it offers a gluten free option for the crepes too!

Kid-friendliness: Kids love the sweet dishes you can get here. Berries, banana, chocooat.. you can't go wrong here.

Rice Pudding is amazing, lots of choices and was very fresh. Crepe was perfectly made and delicious. The service was not great, the young lady at the counter was not friendly and was like a robot. The shop was clean and cute decorations. The bathroom was clean. Would recommend the French Toast rice pudding.

Used to be a favorite place until my experience tonight . Went on their website and placed an order for 4 crepes for pickup. Completely overpriced but that was my choice. When you place the order it is straight on their website and shows zero connection to Grubhub , door dash etc . I picked it up and noticed that I was charged an extra $5 a crepe to pre order it and pick it up then if i ordered it in the store . $20 extra dollars ! Excepted that I would never do that again, to then find out that I am missing 2 crepes when I get home . I call the store in which I am told first that I have to contact grub hub . I explain I would however , I placed it on your website . Nothing states grubhub including my receipt or charge . Then I get told to please hold on , someone comes back on the line and starts dialing a number in which it connects to another customer as I’m on the line . I proceed to get hung up on . I call back and is told I must go back onto the website and submit a refund request . There is no way to do that on their website and ask to speak to the manager . Manager I’m told is not there and will call me . I get a call from someone that doesn’t even tell me she’s the manager or provides her name and states there is no way they will refund me . I can either go to the store at anytime and pick up two crepes or they can try to see if they can deliver it to me now at 9:00pm - which I am 15 mins from the store . I told her know. I want a refund . She said that will never happen . I let her know that is unacceptable and will be disputing the charge . I’ve been taking my family and friends to this restaurant for years and unfortunately just lost several customers due to an issue that could have been resolved amicably.
