One of my favorite restaurants! Every course offers great choices. Our daughter is vegan and there is always one or 2 options available for her, as well. The fish and meat are always accompanied by flavorful, interesting vegetables and starches. The wine options are plentiful. The decor is both attractive and comfortable with tables distanced for personal space. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and well established. Really nice dining experience.

Excellent food and service. Great happy hour prices. Love the outside bar in the summer, upstairs bar is always nice.

This place is awesome; they were very accommodating with my birthday party and were professional the whole way through. Highly recommend for a birthday! The food is also top notch which is always nice.Parking: Plan ahead as it is very difficult to find parking! As of this review, the parking meters are suspended which is nice.

Great food, great service, and a warm and friendly staff and atmosphere. I've been coming here for years and the Fifth Season never disappoints. The filet mignon is always spot on and the onion soup is a favorite. Can't wait to go back!

The food and service were both excellent and not too crowed on a Wednesday evening. The prix fixe dinner choices were all inviting and delicious. Vinnie, our service, was friendly and attentive.

My wife and I visited for a date night and were not disappointed. The service was present but not overbearing. The atmosphere was great, and, important to me, the tables were not jammed into the restaurant. There was plenty of space, and you didn't feel like you were in a sardine can. And, finally, the food. The food was amazing. We are very excited to come back in the spring when the menu changes - not because what we had was bad, but we're excited to see what changes! Well done!

Our experience at The Fifth Season was quite satisfying. We made a reservation for 7:30 PM on a Friday through their online booking system and were warmly greeted by the hostess upon arrival. We were promptly seated, and the menu, while simple, offered an adequate selection. Our drink orders were spot on - the Pepsi was just right, and the flavored mocktail was delightful. My companion opted for the Seabass, which, although it seemed to be frozen rather than fresh, was decent overall. However, the butternut squash and seasonal vegetable medley accompanying the fish somewhat overshadowed it in both flavor and portion size. I decided on the artisan ravioli, and I must say it was exceptionally delicious. Our appetizers, the tuna tartare and beet salad that we shared, were both fantastic. The Brussel sprouts, prepared in a unique shaved/shredded style, stood out for their exceptional flavor despite their unconventional appearance. The dessert was the highlight of our meal, truly elevating our dining experience. However, the only minor letdown was that the coffee could have been hotter. With a total bill of $130 for the two of us, we found the pricing reasonable. The Fifth Season left us content, and we are looking forward to returning. We highly recommend it to others. Overall, we rate our experience a 4.6 out of 5. Thank you to the staff for a lovely evening.

This is a home run! Especially if you get Jason as your waiter! He is extremely attentive. One guest has food allergies and the kitchen couldn't have been more accommodating. There's a wide variety of dishes, something for everyone. Good size servings and the food was delicious.

We love the fifth season! We always visit when we stay in Port Jefferson because the food is amazing, the servers are incredibly personable and each member of the staff is always so attentive. Each time is better than the last. My daughters had never been so this was a special treat. They loved it! We cannot wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed our meal here, especially the opening courses. The food was delicious, extra bread came when requested, and the service was attentive. However, at the end, no one offered to refill our coffee and the check was presented while we were still enjoying dessert. That made us feel rushed.

We ordered from the offered specials. The lobster bake soup was savor and not heavy. There was plenty of lobster pieces with small bread roll in the center. The porkchop was delicious, tender and cooked to perfection - medium. The vegetables starch were an excellent accompaniment. The dessert, winter-spiced cheesecake, was very good, but not at the level of the soup and entree. We eat here frequently and have always been very happy with food and excellent service. Would recommend.

Always a wonderful time at the Fifth Season! We have been coming here for years. Now with 3 kids! Vinny was a fantastic server. No problems, no issues, just a perfect meal from start to finish!

Amazing food, from appetizers to dessert. Everyone from greeter, waitress, bartender, and bus person was so attentive, cheerful, knowledgeable and went above any service I've experienced. Atmosphere was relaxing and the rose petals on our table (for our anniversary) was touching. Thank you, we will be back!

Food was delicious as expected. The staff was excellent. Very attentive to our every needs. They did not rush or pressure us to put our full order in all at o ce. They understood we wanted to take our time in ordering our main course. We will keep going back. Please do not change!

The food was okay, I have been multiple times and it has always been better than it was. I got the filet and sweet potatoes which were great. But the broccoli was barely steamed, almost raw on the plate. Didn't love that part. BUT I did order a salted carmal latte martini and that was one of the best drinks I have ever had! It tasted like a Carmal frappe from Starbucks with vodka. It was delicious! I'm excited to come back and try more drinks! They were $13 for the specialty cocktails.Dietary restrictions: Absolutely my favorite place for Gluten free meals. So many options, the staff are knowledgeable and it's never a big deal. I love it here and it's a GREAT spot especially if some people are gluten free and others aren't, there is delicious food for everyone.
