Second time getting SEVERE FOOD POISONING from the lettuce, specifically the Greek salad wrap. Brought it up with management and they were dismissive despite it being the only thing that was eaten when getting sick both times. We’ve been going to this place for over 10 YEARS and the quality of food and people has really declined. Just because other complaints don’t come in doesn’t mean it’s not real. It takes one small batch of poorly prepared lettuce to hurt someone.

I got the Tahitian chai frappe, hands down the best chai I’ve had in a my life. I’m a bit applaud at how amazing it is. I let my friends have a sip and their eyes lit up. I haven’t seen them smile like that in a long time.. this drank honestly made an impact in their lives.

Thank you Tiger Lily. ❤️ I’m taking a sip every 2 minutes to make it last.

The staff is friendly and quick, making the ordering process smooth even when the café is busy. Whether you’re a local or visiting Port Jefferson’s waterfront, Tiger Lily Café is a must-visit for great drinks, unique atmosphere, and that unforgettable Spiced Chai Frappe.

My Husband and I met our friend in Port Jeff to do some business in town and we needed a quick healthy place to grab some lunch. Tiger Lily Cafe was amazing. The staff couldn't have been nicer, the atmosphere was really laid back and made us feel very comfortable. And the food was top notch. My husband had the southwest wrap which he loved. I had the Veggie Burger, which i was thoroughly impressed with. Some veggie burgers are hit or miss, but this one was really special. Exactly what we were looking for and more. Thank so much to the owners and all the staff!

Great little find in Port Jefferson. Excellent vegan and vegi menu with some meat options as well. Seating and decor is very different giving the place a great atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. They also have some terrace seating outside at the back. Highly recommend a visit.

A favorite of mine since I was a kid! The women who work here are so amazing and sweet. The food is incredible! I have always loved their smoothies and chicken salad and now I love their sugar free lattes. A local favorite!

Cool, casual cafe with super-fresh, tasty food, hippie vibe (but clean!) with a lot of vegetarian options. Not sure what other reviewers encountered because the two women who served me at the counter were super-friendly and efficient. Just one star off for atmosphere because I found the dining area is a little cramped, but not too bad. Outside tables on E. Main are a good option.

I recently visited Tiger Lily in Port Jefferson, and unfortunately, the customer service and overall experience were disappointing. I ordered a salad with chicken and vegetables, along with a matcha latte. What I received was a cold matcha drink that resembled a smoothie. When I politely explained that I had intended to order a warm matcha latte, the staff responded with a reprimanding tone, telling me I should have specified whether I wanted it hot or cold. As a visitor from California unfamiliar with this establishment, I wasn’t aware that matcha lattes were served cold by default—nor was I asked about my preference. A simple question could have cleared up the confusion.

To make matters worse, the atmosphere was incredibly loud—so much so that it was difficult to even think, let alone enjoy a meal. Overall, I found the lack of hospitality, communication, and consideration for the customer experience very disappointing.
