Enjoyed my experience this past Tuesday, we didn’t know much about tea, including how to use a mesh tea infuser with loose leaf, what temp to brew it at, or how to even choose/differentiate different teas. I got the vanilla cream tea, highly recommend. Very kind and helpful

Visited the location yesterday 08/24 and honestly when myself and friends walked in and the gentleman behind the register never greeted us or offered assistance. Ended up leaving and not purchasing due to poor/no customer service. Made us feel as though due to being black and Hispanic we were not viewed as worthy of service. Very unfortunate we love to support small businesses. We now understand why so many places are going out of business in the area. Racism is never lucrative or does any good for anyone. Best of luck staying in business.

Very cute and cozy tea store! I got mango bubble tea here and personally it tasted better than chain stores! I enjoyed the tea and I really liked the atmosphere of the store. It is such a small and lovely tea shop. I’d love to go back for another boba soon!

I stopped in because I wanted to take a break from coffee and try some new teas that I hadn't tried before.Had a really interesting conversation with the owner and we settled on a few teas that I really liked. Really glad a tea shop like this is around!

The most enjoyable and educational experience ? I had a lovely conversation with the owner. He told me how he grew up on a tea farm in Turkey and all about the different teas, their steeping temperature s and their steeping times, how to bring out the different flavors and enjoy them more. He was absolutely wonderful and I will always go back for his teas. They are incredibly delicious and comforting. Thank you so much!!

A very large selection of teas and assorted items to assist in making the perfect cup of tea. I bought several ounces of chai tea and a tea infuser. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. He even gave my niece a cup of tea which she did end up buying some tea herself. Offered ways to try to save money on items I was purchasing. The store has everything from loose tea to tea cups. I find the atmosphere very calming. It is definitely on my mind to go back and purchase more tea as I am running low on my favorite type.

I’m by no means a milk tea expert however, I would hope from a tea shop the milk tea would be made with real tea. Instead you are served a powder blended with ice and subpar customer service. Not to mention that the customers in front of me asked for both flavors of boba and the man working told them, “no. It’s not good,” at least he could’ve said of something like I don’t recommend those flavors together however if you want to get it that’s fine instead of just shooting down the customers immediately. If you want real boba for $6+ go to Kung Fu Tea in Stony Brook and you’ll get real tea.P. S. The 3rd star is for their option of almond milk instead of traditional milk

A small tea shop with a great selection. I actually can’t wait to go back. They have a good selection of tea pots & accessories as well. The sales clerk took time to understand what types of tea I normally drink and what I was looking for before recommending tea. Also, when the sales clerk is willing to make less of a sale to make sure you will like your choice, you know you’ve found an honest person. I can’t recommend You, Me & Tea enough!
