I go far out of my way to buy their product because it's that good. Be aware that when you visit their retail shop it's the actual place where they produce the product. When you ring the bell someone comes down in basically raingear to sell you stuff out of their deli case. It might take a minute for them to answer the bell, (at least before covid) but you know that what you're getting hasn't been on a truck or sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

Can’t get enough of their smoked salmon! Only wish it was easier to purchase! Milford local vendors do not carry it and their store hours make it impossible for me to buy as often as I’d like. Until next time guys!
