AMAZING!! Totally wowed by Chef Melanie in creating a super special birthday celebration for our family! We were 7 adults and 5 kids under 5 years of age and she served up a triple appetizer platter for pre-dinner cocktails as well as a plated 3 course dinner for each of us in my home with a well thought out menu we helped created with her. The food was unbelievable - surf & turf for adults with a specially prepared kid friendly dinner as well -- ending with a mouthwatering mousse cake! Utmost professional service, totally prepared and served by a warm, friendly, attentive waitress, Victoria. They were a dynamic team and I can't say enough about sitting back and having these wonderful women do all the work as we sat back to enjoy the celebration. When they left all was cleaned as though they were never there! I highly recommend Chef Melanie and her team! She helped our family create a memory for all of us that will last forever!THANK YOU!!

Chef Melanie's food will not disappoint. Food is prepared fresh and the variety is great for all ages. From full meals, snacks and catering you can have it all. I especially like to stop in when I need house warming and special, unique gifts for my friends. Owners are friendly and informative. Pleasant way to spend time shopping in a nice space with really special items.

Great place to get prepared meals. We got the chicken millanese with tomato and mozzarella which was fantastic. Also ordered the Penne a la vodka with grilled Chicken and sun dried tomatoes which was very nice. Will be going back.

The food is wayy overpriced for what you get here!! I tried a grab and go option- for $15 it was a small amount of food and while it tasted okay, it was nothing to write home about. Not worth the astronomical price, especially when there are many other options in the area. Go right next door to Bay for good food at a mucn more reasonable price.

I went to Bistro GoFood when they first opened and enjoyed it, but as of late, I find myself stopping in a few times a week. I am drawn to the dinners that are fresh, easy to heat and change on a near daily basis.I’ve also been taking home some of their Grab n Go sandwiches and salads for lunch during the week. I haven’t used them for catering yet, but that’s next on my list ?Service is always friendly, and the parking lot makes coming and going very easy.For a community that is packed with restaurants and markets, Bistro GoFood stands out as unique addition to the neighborhood.

Wow! Wonderful. Delicious. Been meaning to stop in. Finally did so today and left with dinner. Roast asparagus and a shrimp cake. Eager to sample other dishes. A wonderful alternative to cooking !

Holy smokes! What a find in Halesite. A gourmet take out spot. Pate, foie gras, nice assortment of interesting prepared foods and shelves full of specialty items... snacks... bar supplies... special drinks. We had for lunch roast beef wraps ( w/ horseradish, l&t) lamb kafta with tziki sauce, hummus, juice drinks. Will try the country pate tonight -- it looks good though. We'll come back to try again... very good and glad to have in the neighborhood.

My wife and I tried one of their many ”oven-ready” meals last night for dinner. We had the Lamb Kofta and a Greek salad. The food was freshly made, reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious. We can’t wait to try the Faroe Island Salmon and the duck breast. Highly recommended!
