Very bad service. I ordered something through DoorDash and they called me back because they didn't have sugar-free iced tea. When I tried to explain that I wanted a different soda, they were very rude and sent me whatever they wanted. I will never go back to that restaurant.

It was dirty. 4 people working and they had noone in their and the menus were off. And they had no Mustard. Cashier not friendly. Served fries with their hands. No gloves on. Burger was way over cooked, it was tough. And they messed up my order.

usually I will enjoy drink coffee and meal take brunch on Burger King. But they said doesn't provide hot coffee at 12:00 PM. Its too disappointing for my family. The food was exactly as expected, I found no difference in this store and the ones I know in NC. The staff were working hard and efficient to get orders out. Basically there's no atmosphere in any burger king so how could I be disappointed.

I ordered three burgers and when I asked for mayo they gave my one package. When I asked for more cause we were 3 people that wanted condiments they denied. I asked to pay for it and they said no because they had to save them for tomorrow. Definitely never coming back to a store that I’m treated like this. Terrible and disgusting the way they spoke to me.

Ordered Breakfast Burrito Meal. She gave me only the burrito and when I asked where the rest of my order was, she said that I only ordered the burrito. I said that she got it wrong and she decided to register $5.08 more for the rest of the order. Why would I pay $12 for a simple breakfast? She said, I already put it in. I repeated that she made a mistake and decided to leave. She then proceeded to yell: “Never come back here” How dare! Is she even the owner to say something like that? Hire people who understands English, please.

Buns on sandwiches only stale and hard, cold food, and got an attitude from a man I'm sure is the manager for trying to pick out my drink from a machine that has 100 options from behind the counter. Not what I'm used to from Burger King
Order on the app if you want the right things because the food is good, but the customer service in person is not. The older man behind the counter told me I needed to know how to order after some of my order was messed up. I'd rather pay the extra money on the app to get what I want instead of dealing with the language barrier at the counter and horrible attitude.

Order two cheeseburgers with no onions and pickle fries I got two burgers with onions and no cheese cold and then the pickle fries portion small as hell sad part is that was really nobody in there wasn't even that busy and sucks because I have to go to work so I don't have time to go back down and complain fair warning everybody check your stuff before you leave

I ordered 2 whopper Jr's and a chicken jr and for all three sandwiches they did it wrong even after repeating the order twice. Only because I ask them out of fryer and off the broiler. Would not recommend.
