Service was off. Couldn't get the order straight. I wife asked for baby back ribs and she ended up with St Louis ribs. Weird.

Food was good but service was slow. I can't blame the wait staff, since the restaurant became unexpectedly crowded. They did take a little bit off the bill to make up for it. I've been here several times before, and will be back again.

Keeping in mind that this is a barbecue Shaq we expect very little by way of ambience. What really shines here is the food. Hey do an Excellent job preparing and serving delicious food. Worth the drive from anywhere. This is her second visit and every bit as good as our first.

Hidden away behind a car wash sign, you need to look closely to find it. When you do you are in for a treat. Warm atmosphere & terrific food in abundance. Our first visit & will certainly not be the last. Great, family owned and run operation & it shows. Not their fault as the building has been there for ever but it's not at all handicapped accessible with no obvious fix available. Also food available to go. Enjoy

Omigosh, so delicious. Huge portions at fair prices. Some of the best ribs on Long Island. And the most delicious steak sandwich ever. Stay away...., we want to be able to get in often. LOL.

I was surprised that it was nearly empty on a Friday evening. The service is good, friendly and efficient, the food is very good- the pulled pork is never dry or overly sauced, my kids love the ribs, the prices are very reasonable for what you get and the location is not far from Main Street. Overall, we always have had good experiences here.

There was no wait on a Friday night but only 1 waiter. He was very nice and attentive. The food was great from the soup to the salad to the pulled pork and brisket. The amount of food for the price cannot be beat. Would definitely go back.
Great place for families with or without children & comfort food. ribs, pulled pork or chicken, brisket, mac'n'cheese, beans. What more can you ask for.. Everything was delicious. They also give you so many choices when you order. Making it very easy to taste everything.. Fun desert - Brownie ala mode.. !!

I really can't comment on this restaurant's quality as, even though I was able to make a reservation on Open Table which listed it as open, when we got there it was quite obviously closed. Quite a waste of time. I won't be wasting more time attempting to go to a restaurant that lists incorrect days of operation.

The food was excellent especially the cornbread. The service wasn't very good. Despite being the only customers (only 2 of us in our party) in the restaurant one order was initially brought incorrect. Not a problem because it was corrected. However, at the end of the meal we set up our leftover food on our plates and ordered more cornbread to be wrapped up taken home. The waitress brought our cornbread boxed up to go but threw out our leftovers. She did apologize but offered no compensation. If it was busy we could understand the mix up. But with only two customers to serve its hard to see how it happened especially because we set the food up and requested to take it home.

Harbor Q is great every time. I'm a big fan of their salads, but there are other terrific choices on the menu. My kids love the food here too. We come here frequently and are never disappointed.

Some of the best ribs we've ever had. Unfortunately, the brisket was very dry. Will definitely go back for the ribs. Every table gets a basket of freshly made potato chips that are out of this world.
