I've been getting coffee from this Starbucks location for years now and have been enjoying it. However, recently there has been an inconsistency in my drinks. For instance, I order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with light ice and light sweet cream (I'm not exaggerating when I say I order the same thing every time). I just ordered the same thing a few minutes ago and when I tasted it it was way too bitter as if there is no sweet cream in it. I also ordered yesterday...

As a loyal customer for the past three years, I have always appreciated the quality of service and the friendly atmosphere. However, I have noticed a significant decline in the operational management lately.

Previously during my visits I noticed long lines and not many employees, sometimes I would miss my train; But "Today" I had such a Great visit!!! They made my caramel brulee latte on time and it was amazing!!!!!! It is now one of my favorite drinks!!! Even though it is still pretty busy the staff worked great together and moved fast. No more missed trains for me!!!?☺️?????
