Yamaguchi kept its name but is under new ownership. So far, although the menu has changed the quality is still very good and the prices remain reasonable. My group and I look forward to returning.
The fish was very fresh. I ordered the sushi sashimi and it was mostly salmon. I did tell the waitress no tuna but I expected a larger variety of fish. We'll give them another try.
Their sushi/sashimi usually send me to food heaven…and, yes, even after the change in ownership. I was initially a bit worried that the change would affect the quality of the preparation/food, but thankfully, this is not the case. It is still top-notch and continues to be my #1 go-to when I want high quality sushi/sashimi. Thank you! Our tummies appreciate you.
