I write this as someone who is NOT GF, but traveling with someone who is. This place defies the stigma of GF food being only tolerable. You would never know it’s GF and it’s amazingly safe for GF people. The 3 Bears cafe issuper relaxed and no anxiety over getting cross contamination.

Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Delicious food and baked goods! Truly a unique eatery! Everything is gluten-free, and the facility is gluten-free safe. There are also some vegan options! I would highly recommend the cheeseburger wrap, and any of the cupcakes! Custom cakes made to order, but you must call at least 5 days ahead. Whether you're gluten-free or not, this is great food! A must stop if you're in the Potsdam area!

This place was great! It’s nice to go into a cafe and not have to worry about anything, everything was gluten free and absolutely delicious! The young lady that welcomed us and helped us was so so sweet and everyone was super friendly! Definitely going to be back 👍🏻

Great selection of food and desserts for all people celiac, everything we've tried so far has been wonderful

Tried them today while visiting Potsdam and I was so happy to have such a wide variety of gluten free foods. I got a chicken, bacon, ranch wrap with a side order of poutine and it was delicious! I picked up some bakery items including cupcake and cinnamon rolls, and even grabbed a full piping bag of apple cider donut batter from their grab-n-go freezer. They had whole cakes, breads, scones, and soo much more on their food menu. 10/10 I can’t wait to visit again, this place is a must-go when I’m Potsdam!

This bakery and cafe is excellent! It is always clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite not having any dietary restrictions myself I always stop here for lunch. Everything is gluten free, tastes and looks amazing. The deserts are always beautifully decorated, especially the cupcakes. Everywhere I go out to eat I get a Buffalo chicken wrap and this place has the best one! I will keep coming back :)

Even if you don't need to eat gluten free, this is a place worth your time. Their bakery items are amazing, it's the only place in town you can buy smoothies made from real ingredients, and the rest of the food is delish (I'm a particular fan of the carried veggie wrap)! The staff are consistently friendly and they have a shelf where you can take our leave free puzzles or books! A true hometown gem.
