Tried them today while visiting Potsdam and I was so happy to have such a wide variety of gluten free foods. I got a chicken, bacon, ranch wrap with a side order of poutine and it was delicious! I picked up some bakery items including cupcake and cinnamon rolls, and even grabbed a full piping bag of apple cider donut batter from their grab-n-go freezer. They had whole cakes, breads, scones, and soo much more on their food menu. 10/10 I can’t wait to visit again, this place is a must-go when I’m Potsdam!
This bakery and cafe is excellent! It is always clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite not having any dietary restrictions myself I always stop here for lunch. Everything is gluten free, tastes and looks amazing. The deserts are always beautifully decorated, especially the cupcakes. Everywhere I go out to eat I get a Buffalo chicken wrap and this place has the best one! Even if you don't need to eat gluten free, this is a place worth your time. Their bakery items are amazing, it's the only place in town you can buy smoothies made from real ingredients, and the rest of the food is delish (I'm a particular fan of the carried veggie wrap)! The staff are consistently friendly and they have a shelf where you can take our leave free puzzles or books! A true hometown gem.

Food was good, eggs slightly burned and overcooked. There were so many flies, I had to put napkins over my food to protect it. Long wait for food, pretty much the only one it there, it took 25 minutes to get my classic breakfast. Everyone was very friendly, I'll come baci but do take out only due the the flies.

I would probably eat at this place everyday , unfortunately i can't because they use xanthan gum in everything, and i have a very bad reaction to xanthan gum. It's very bad on the digestive system.

Owner/operator and the staff are always super friendly. The wraps and lunch menu is all super, even if gluten free isn't your preference. If it is your thing it is so nice to have a full menu of gluten free options vs your standard salad with a meat lunch you're usually stuck with.

My entire family LOVES eating at 3 Bears! The owner is wonderful, and always provides great recommendations for food that I can eat with my soy allergy. They have a little free library and my toddler loves to read all the kids books while we wait for our order to be prepped. Employees are so friendly, and the desserts look delicious, too!
