Decided to try my first order while my dad is in the ICU for convenience of care while managing work, kids, after school obligations etc. They were very responsive and met my pick up needs outside of normal pick up hours. For a ma' & pa' small buissness, i wasn't impressed. The food wasn't all that good noir warm and the service was lackluster at best.
For the price & outward appearance, I certainly expected more !!
We have meals delivered almost every week, and it is always absolutely delicious and high quality. We are new to Potsdam, and heard about Big Spoon from our neighbours. It's so nice to have local food, and it's just always so beautifully done! Big Spoon is a huge part of the community!

There is nothing better than eating a home cooked meal that you don't have to cook yourself. We have been picking up meals weekly for about 2 months and it has been wonderful. First of all, the meals are super tasty and good for you. The people working there are kind and helpful. One week I thought I had placed my order and went to pick it up. I had not finished placing the order! They told me not to worry, they will fix up the order for me while I waited...plus they gave me bonus delicious cookies.The variety of meals allows us to try things we may not make at home. Their baked goods are out of this world.I recommend Big Spoon to everyone I know.
