Got breakfast here, and because the worker messes up THEY become hostile.My husband and I are the nicest people when it comes to mistakes because we get it, but when you are straight up a nasty person its not cool. Won’t be back after today that’s for sure. As someone who works in food service I’m not sure how this worker has her job to be honest. Forgot our French toast sticks, no biggy waited for them to come back to window. Asked for ham egg and cheese croissants gave us bacon (I don’t eat bacon).. so we let the lady know, and LET ME TELL YOU THIS GIRL had the audacity to SLAM THE WINDOW AND WALK AWAY. So my husband had to go in, and talk to someone else because when he walked in she walked away AGAIN. And sure enough there was another guy in there because they messed up his order also. Do better, I see why this is a 3 star business. What a shame though have never had a problem until today.

Do not eat here…ordered during lunch rush hoping to get everything hot (bc I know that’s a known issue here) and everything came cold! I’m also missing an item (maybe due to the lunch rush) but still is unacceptable. I’ll be lucky if I don’t come down with food poisoning in the next 24 hours. Never eating here again!

Burger King Potsdam, we ordered at drive through, the employee was easy to understand and she had no trouble hearing us. I ordered the chicken crispy wrap. My husband had the whopper both were delicious.
