Barbacoa burrito was very disappointing. Too much rice and beans, not enough meat. I've never knowingly had barbacoa before, so I have nothing to compare it to, but this burrito seemed like nothing more than an overpriced taco in a larger tortilla. Good portion overall, it's a good size burrito, but ingredients are mid at best. If I wanted cheap tasting food, I'd go to taco bell. At least then I'm getting what I pay for. I've been wanting to try this place for over a year, and whenever I spend money at a restaurant, it's always a special treat because I'm poor, so this was really a shock and very disappointing!! I should've checked the reviews first, and perhaps ordered something else with good reviews instead.

If you want a burrito that fills you, maybe don’t go here. Their portioning isn’t the greatest, and it’s not a bulky big burrito you would expect from a restaurant that you are paying 15 dollars for a burrito at. You take a few bites and realize you are halfway done with the it, and you also realize you spent the money for 2-5 minutes of enjoyment. With that being said, the food tastes great! The beef and chicken is really good, the rice is always cooked great whether white or brown, the guacamole is very flavorful, a good quality burrito all around, with a tortilla that doesn’t tear and holds form when you are eating it, which is why I would still suggest this being a great place to eat at (maybe eat in instead of ordering out as there may be more intent at giving you better portioning). If you are looking for a Mexican type place that fills you, this might not be your spot, but if you are looking for flavor this place will hit the spot.
If you are looking for the best tacos and burritos in Potsdam, NY, this is the place to go. I’ve been searching for an authentic Mexican food spot run by a small business, and this joint hit the spot. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service from the cook and waitress was incredibly friendly. You have to try the homemade guacamole—it is easily some of the best I’ve ever had and clearly made with love. I would have posted a photo, but the food smelled so good I couldn't wait to dive in! Highly recommend this gem to anyone in the North Country area looking for a great meal.
The food is overpriced and so, so.
You place your own order using a screen. There is no one around until the food is finished.
Forks and napkins aren't included in the bag, you need to grab it before leaving.

Bob did a great job delivering a large order for our hockey game. Easy to deal with and prompt. Food very good, would definitely recommend.
I doubted I would ever get a decent burrito in this area since moving here a couple of years ago. But that's in the past. To be fair, I've not gotten anything BUT burritos. That being said, they've all been phenomenal! Appropriate amounts of all ingredients, properly seasoned, good portions, fast service, great location, and reasonable prices. To top it off, last year they had a free community Thanksgiving dinner... So it appears they give a damn about their community and customers, as well! Extremely solid place and a definite favorite. Matter of fact, I think it's what is for dinner 🤙.

No lights on when I was there. But it was open. Cash registers to self order. It's a lean model. Mother said she enjoyed the food.

I waited for 15 minutes to be served and no one served me even though the place only had five people eating.

Bland. Everything was just bland. Very much so a white, suburban, soccer mom's, HOA president version of Mexican food. The meat was tender, but I couldn't taste the difference between the pork and the beef. The queso was definitely from a can and microwaved. I've worked in a prison and had their food, I was forced to eat MREs for years in the Army, I've accidentally drank from a water bottle that was used as an ash tray, all three had more flavor than the food I had here. My girlfriend's burrito bowl had next to no meat in it and was just as bland as my food.
No servers at all, you use a kiosk at the entrance, pay before hand, then the kiosk asks you for a tip. If I have to stand to up while placing an order, chances are that I'm not tipping. I did leave a tip, but that was before tasting the bland, mush like tacos.

Incredibly friendly front end staff, reasonably priced for what was received, and definitely enough for leftovers. I'd post a picture but that burrito bowl is GONE. 🍽

Was on a field training exercise and we got Burrito Bob's instead of MRE's for the first night. It was as if we had been wandering in the desert for forty years and had been given mana. I think they actually brought it out to us and it was quite the drive, now THAT is service.

We ordered delivery from Burrito bobs. My son got a chicken quesadilla, it was fine, the chicken was pretty good. My wife ordered barbacoa nachos, they were also good, could have used another handful of chips and were very pricey for what they were. I ordered a barbacoa burrito and it was very disappointing, all rice and beans with barely any meat at all. I sent a picture and requested a refund bc I would have ordered a rice burrito had I wanted one and I was only refunded half the price of the burrito. Next time I’ll just save my money and I suggest you do the same.
