The quesadilla server (Andrew) at the server upstairs in the student center is racist. He puts more food on wraps for Caucasian people and less on colored people. We all pay the same price. Sodexo should hire more polite people otherwise it doesn't look good on them.

Sodexo is the most horrendous employer I've ever worked for in my entire life. They need to get the boot. They don't care about the employees or who lives or dies. The "leadership" [and I use that term loosely] doesn't care about quality or food safety or employee health. They are actual monsters. You'll notice that a lot of core employees and the supervisors are leaving this month. It's just trash management. Our operations manager, Christine doesn't care a single bit about the employees. She just looks for ways to extort people to line her pockets.

Employees show up sick because the sick policies and pay aren't sufficient. I also bring my own thermometers with me and the produce in ro-bro are usually 55 degrees or warmer, which is unsafe!

The kids are given the choice of a bunch of nasty fried foods which are often undercooked and very bad choices for fruits and vegetables (if any). They use cheap oil that makes my niece sick. Absolutely ZERO quality control! Kids are also getting food poisoning from eating here! If we knew how badly our niece's health would decline after being at this university we would have done whatever we could to get her to choose someplace else!

My Burgers are boiled, My Buritos have no flavor, My Stirfry rarely has noodles, My Garlic bread is a brick, My spinach tastes like it was grown with gutter water, My fries are barren of salt, I’ve payed over $27,000 dollars for food since I’ve been here, and my day is ruined.

The food at this university is deplorable. The variety is limited, and most food has serious quality issues, ie. (Overcooked, burnt, unripe, overripe, cold, unseasoned and much more). That might be frightening to most, but what personally disturbs me is how meat is treated. Meats are grilled nearly plain then put into liquid filled trays of some concoction to rest until eaten. Once the tray has been consumed, more meat is put into this disgusting brine. I have NEVER seen these trays empied and desire for fresh food.It's worse to know that the food has vastly improved from last the 20-21 academic year.

The food service provider has a scale of one to five on the quality of service. One being prison food and 5 being five star restaurants. We are a two on that scale. It sucks for how much it costs the students.

The staff is relatively nice but putting mushy slop into containers and serving it before the students are capable of picking it up is terrible and the university tries to cover itself by blaming the students for wanting to eat at regular times
