Front desk people were very polite, professional. I ordered the meal deal this morning, and when I got to my destination there was NO egg in my sandwich! Attention to detail! Not sure how the food preparers can screw this up but they did!

I've never seen a crew of people complicate getting a simple cup of coffee and a donut as these people do. They would start on one order, but before finishing it they'd jump to a different order but by the time they got back to the first they forgot what you needed. People were waiting and waiting.

This establishment is the capital city of incompetence and laziness. I made an online order forgetting my bagel twist so I made an additional order. Once I arrived there my bagel twist was nowhere to be found. Instead of being a nuisance I patiently waited for my online pickup however it was nowhere in sight. Instead I received jeering questions from a worker inquiring why I was standing there. Do I not have the rights to be a customer? After politely explaining the situation the staff attempted to find my receipt and gaslight me. I think I know what I purchased. After explaining the situation and explaining how I have payed for it the worker was oh so “kind” to “give it to me this time “. To make matters even more concerning my matcha is instead coffee. To be advertised as a coffee and donut place it is concerning how they lack execution. This place should just be closed down it is a waste of resources and machinery. Everyone would be better off just making coffee themselves don’t go here. Instead of Dunkin’ Donuts this place should be call gaslightin’ disappointments. Only come here if you’re wishing for bad quality. Thanks for nothing!
