I’m very particular with my lattes and I went afew weeks ago and instantly when my latte was handed to me I could tell by how perfect the color was that is was going to be be good!! Let’s just say I’ve never drank a latte that fast 😋🤣!! I was just so happy that it made my whole day so I called to thank who made it and was told it was a team effort by Gabriella and Angelina!!! I hope that these two stay because they are the reason I’m going out of my way to drive to Dunkin because I know everytime I order that it going to be exactly what I want and everyone that works there is always so sweet and kind and goes above and beyond best Dunkin EVER!!!! I never write reviews, but this one was worth it because I want everyone to know that when you go here you’re gonna have a great experience. I personally know and recommend this Dunkin🥰🙌🏻

Very poor service. Just plain lazy. Couldn’t make the drink I requested(strawberry coolata with whip cream and strawberry pure). The lady states “not every Dunkin is the same”!!! I went to the other Dunkin and got my drink made.

Decided to go to market Street today instead of my normal maple to get food and well what a waste of money food was cold( supposed to be a certain temp) and disgusting and it was a problem I asked for no egg ( last I checked that's a simple request) I won't be doing business there again I'll stick to maple Street .

I prefer Tim Hortons however I occasionally get Dunkin..the location is great compared to T.H. but I really wish they would be open at night time they close at 6/7pm... Some of us like to eat doughnuts in the evening lol..🤷🏻♀️ I also would prefer to have more of a selection of doughnuts at least in the afternoon..Everytime I have stopped here usually between (2pm-4pm) they usually dont have hardly any doughnuts left..🤷🏻♀️
This place is just sad. The whole dining area was in disarray. Chairs and tables just pushed every which a way. One worker was in the back singing some vulgar song at the top of her lungs, and the other lady was just standing behind the counter. 3 teenage boys came in right ahead of me and she couldn't wait on them for flirting. Even the "singer" came running over to get her flirt on. Donuts were very few and hard as rocks. Customer service was dull...guess if I was a teenage boy I'd have been treated better
I went in to get a frozen hot chocolate and stood at the register for 15 minutes as the employees walked pasts me talking to each other,I wasn't even acknowledged.i ended up walking out without anyone because no one came to help me.
They made a mistake with my order but remade it and I got to keep the mistake, great service!

Always too busy to make your order right. I just want a nice coffee and a treat, but it is overpriced disappointment instead. Managers need to learn to manage.
