Hamburgers bathed in juice!
Dinner September 1, 2024. We did not like our experience. A fries for $6.39 for both of us with two small hamburgers for $7.59 for a total of $23.30 with tax. We consider that we paid too much for what we got. $31.49 CAN for two hamburgers and a fries. We didn't like the texture of our burgers. It was a first and a last in our case. We offer you seven photos including that of the cash receipt.

When I worked here durring the beginning of the pandemic (2020) they fired me when a customer called corporate after he refused to put on a mask and threatened to take me out back and end my life. When I applied, they tried to deny my unemployment and cover it up, one call to the better buisness bereau was all it took to get the checks flowing.
The same managers still work here in 2024, and one of them I saw online was recently busted for meth production with intent. Its no real surprise as I worked with alot of active or ex junkies when I was here. This is the type of people your kids are working with during their college job here. Ive since moved states and found a real career, but when I was in town I couldnt resist stopping by, I cant explain how pleased I was to find the same sorry townies still stuck working this dead end job. Tipped the nice girl at the counter because I felt bad.
I'm sure other five guys are a better place to work, and I've had good friends of mine work at 5 guys and say its the best job they've ever had. Maybe I'm jaded, maybe this is all just petty and I should move on, but I cant help but remember the feeling of being fired at the beginning of the pandemic for doing the right thing. I genuinely hope these people are able to better their lives like i have some day.
