I love grabbing lunch here! They serve vegan food that everyone, even meat eaters, will love. I'm particularly fond of their smoothie bowls. I've also gotten toast with avocado and tomato made with a deliciously hearty bread. I have brought numerous people here to eat and everyone is able to find something they enjoy. The eat-in space is bright and roomy and I've never had difficulty getting a table. If you're looking for someplace where you can get quick food that is absolutely delicious and healthy on top of it, definitely consider coming here.Vegetarian options: Everything served here is vegan.Kid-friendliness: The bright interior space is very kid friendly.

Our Potsdam class of 73 needed gluten free vegetarian food for a handful of people attending our 50th reunion. We were a bit stumped about what to do. Lynzie offered to make and deliver meals to us, after the shop was closed. She went way beyond to accommodate us and frankly, the food was so good that the rest of us wished we had also ordered from here. I'm a meatetarion, but I will eat here next time I'm in town. Lynzie gave us classic North country service . Much appreciated.

Are you a vegetarian trying to survive in a meat eating world? We'll, you've found your heaven. Vegetarian food made with love and not just to have a vegetarian option in the menu. I'm so sad I can't leave a 5 star review just because we found three fibers and one short hair in our food. They really need to keep their hair and sweaters out of the food here. We need more places with delicious food like this!

Love love love the smoothie bowls!! Ingredients taste fresh and delicious! Only place in Potsdam I can get good healthy nourishment.
Loved the breakfast burrito and very berry smoothie. Service was excellent, and they play really cool music. There's even a shuffleboard table to play on for free!

I’ve become a regular at FTP after I first tried it out last winter and the acai banana (now the OG bowl) is always my go to. Very reasonable pricing and I definitely recommend to any one ever in the area!

Fast service, good smoothie. The person I spoke with that worked there was very helpful. I got the super sidekick smoothie, had a light flavor. Thankful they made it correctly and it didn't taste too intense. First time trying pea milk, couldn't taste it in the smoothie.
