We had a reservation, got in quick with no problem. Asked for our choice seating, which was accommodated without haste. Food was delicious, drinks were spot on. Absolutely will visit again!

Amazing little hidden spot on the Racquet River. Food, service and atmosphere are top notch. A bit pricey but definitely worth the money spent. Definitely will be returning!

Jake's is a wonderful place to have lunch on a beautiful summer day. The food is great, the staff is very accommodating. The only complaint is that there is no hand railing on the stairs down to the lower deck. While it's not a problem for the young, agile wait staff, it is a problem for people with mobility issues. Perhaps management could look into adding one on one side of the stairs.

Called a cc in to surprise my son and his gf on their birthday dinner date. Made sure to ask if they had my son’s favorite- the black and blue steak and was told they did , asked that they make this occasion special with a candle in their desserts , she assured me that they would be sure to get a birthday cake slice. Neither was done nor was the black and blue steak offered. For my son to say the place has gone down and no longer a favorite says a lot. Not even a mention of their special occasion. Over a 200 tab and extremely disappointed. Time to find a new “favorite”.

We are regular customers at Jake’s. We love it, however, today was a little disappointing. Our food didn’t come all at once. We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 hamburgers. One of the pizzas was cold and one of the hamburgers took 16 min to get to the table even though we place the order at the same time. The other part that was disappointing was the fact that they told my husband that the had apple caramel pie but they couldn’t sell it to him until they finish selling the cheese cake and they still had 2 slices to sell. I think 2 slices of cheese cake during dinner time would had not been an issue otherwise, don’t offer things that you cannot sell. Our waitress was nice. Her name is Danielle. We know that probably she’s just following management orders in regards to the desert.

Ford service is great but they let dogs on the patio my wife is allergic to dogs and we ended up surounded buy 6 dogs at 3 tables so not a great experience. I understand people thinking their mutts are family but can they not consider people wanting to enjoy having lunch without an allergic reaction! I personally thing does should not be allowed in resyturants barking at each other peeing on the ground beside my table.

Hostess aside.. our experience was excellent! Went there for dinner, my birthday asking for holy who has always been amazing to us, friendly, professional, she knows us by name, she knows what we like, she is always so nice and patient with our grandson, she is the best! Food as always was delicious.. I tried the pasta special with shrimp and scallops.. yummy delicious! The pizzas are always, always perfect. We had a great time! Thank you Holy!
Kid-friendliness: We go frequently and always with one or two grandkids, and the staff has always been so friendly and accommodating. Holy in particular is always the best with our grandson. Cath, is amazing too, and so is Jeff (who we haven't seen in a while)

I reserved a table for 10 people and put up the50.00 deposit. I was never informed of the one check policy for college event weekends. When I told our server we were separate checks she said "they can vemo you ". None if us have venmo accounts.. we left your establishment, after spending around 100.00 dollars at the bar. Shame on you because you lost 1000.00 worth of business and our future business . And you kept my deposit. We dine our out monthly in all north country restaurants and we spend a lot of money.
