Terrible service and the worst meal we ever had. We will never go back.

How is this place still open? They don’t know how to make drinks, cocktails were separated. Food has no seasoning. Waitress forgot the salads. Grubby carpet and restaurant appearance. Expensive for absolutely no reason. No one should even attempt going here.

I have been here three times when I first moved to Potsdam. If you're die hard Italian maybe you call it a 4 star. As an Irish-American who's best friend was Italian. Food was sub par. It's adequate to cafeteria food.

This food was gross. I ordered the rigatoni with meat sauce. Does not taste like meat sauce, you can’t tell what’s in the sauce. Fettuccini Alfredo tastes like it came from a jar nothing special at all. Try making food at home at this point. Don’t waste your money, have a date night in. Also I added a picture of the Parmesan to commemorate how bad it tasted. I really wanted to love this place, too bad.

Very nice vibe, has an atmosphere thats unique to the northcountry. Some of these dishes are not easy to make which you can tell by appearances alone. Big Fan of the Seafood Alfredo. Great place to go for any type of gatherings. Very romantic vibes as well. Staff is very friendly and does a great job. They give people opportunities to succeed and I respect that.

I got a caesar salad and it tasted so plane how do you mess up a caesar salad I got a pizza it was greasy and gave me a headache made me sick and the rice balls tasted like soap horrible. They added stuff on the pizza that weren’t mentioned on the menu. Never again.

Ordered large cheese pizza. 5 minute ride home pizza was cold. I picked up at time they gave. Pizza was undersized and looked small in box. This is the second time it was undersized. I called the first time and they said it depends on how the cook stretches the dough?? $44 for a pizza and salad. Quality of pizza was abhorrent and cold. Threw it out after one slice. Salad dressing was overly salty and the salad was not crisp or fresh. Never again!!! Zero star rating!!

First off, it's freezing in there. If you have old windows, provide small space heater or something. We had to keep our jackets on and so did the wait staff. Half the ceiling lights are out. The waitress didn't serve our wine from the bottle. And the chicken piccata was cold, hard, and extremely salty. It came with a steak knife so that should tell you everything you need to know. Also, _8.99 for a side of pasta!?! With a chicken dish that came with no vegis or anything else. I've never had a more disappointing Italian meal in my life. Lastly, there is nothing complimentary for a birthday dinner. That on its own wouldn't have been a big deal (although unusual) but with the whole atmosphere/experience it was another knock. I came a few years ago for a graduation dinner and my filet mignon was tough. Turns out, it hasn't improved in the last 5 years. $100 I wouldn't spend again.

Suggest management review drink prices. $19 for a double captain Morgan & Coke. Added “alcohol fee” and added Credit card fee. Over $21. This isn’t NYC. Also the chicken in the Alfredo tastes boiled. Other than it was a nice atmosphere.

I have always liked this place, and it has the best bread I have ever had. You can't go wrong with their great Italian food in an old railroad station atmosphere. You may even see and hear a train pass by while you're dining. They even have outdoor dining and pizza in a wood fired oven. The bread is made there, too. Parking is plentiful as well, and prices are reasonable for the quality.

The restaurant was cold we cold breezes going thru the whole time. The food was not good. The salad was awful the dressing tasted spoiled I ate 2 bites and sent it away. They don’t have a kids menu or cups. For saying “family restaurant” it really didn’t feels like it. The pizza was ok.

We dined outside with a party of 4 and toddler and waited an an hour and 15 minutes for our food to be brought, then they only brought out two of the right pasta dishes (forgot the other two) and a pizza we had never ordered in general. The fettuccine Alfredo was hard as a rock almost unedible even when asked to be cooked soft. We had asked for water from three different people FIVE times and silverware three times. Absolutely do not recommend!
