Its fast food not much can be expected, but i asked for filet of fish with a little extra tartar and basically the tartar sauce was exyra heavy and all over the side of sandwich and box. I dont care how fast it is, have some integrity with how you orepare someones food! The only reason i gave 3 stars is because after i wioed all yhe tartar sauce off my sandwich..it was.at least hot and fresh

Every single time I come to this McDonald’s I order curbside and end up waiting until it seems they don’t have anyone in the drive thru to get my food . Any other McDonalds I’ve been too i never have to wait longer than 5 mins for a curbside order so I feel that this location could be a little better at getting curbside orders out in a timely manner.

Tell them no salt and they put salt anyway, tell them no onions and they give you a bare hambuger with nothing on it,oh and the fries there's hardly any in the container.potsdam McDonald's sucks

Make sure to check your order, and NEVER get delivery. EVERY time I have gotten delivery they have “forgotten “ food in my daughter’s happy meal and half the time do not put a toy in it. They claim they will put you on a list to compensate, but I’m pretty sure there isn’t a list because it’s always “I dont see you on there.”

Customer service is not what it once was at McDonald's.
Food is always OK, it's McDonald's. But the service was the difference maker. As a Southerner, the folks were polite, & kind. A big deal to start folks day !

Stop hiring illiterate people. My DIABETIC sister has ordered diet cokes in the past and the last two times, workers there have given her a regular coke. This screws with her blood sugar and can have lethal effects. Both times, the workers have reassured us that it was diet.
