Wow. Our party of 6 show up at 330 after moving. It started off nice and normal but once we got to our seats, things started to change. We had to relocate our table because when our waitress put 3 tables together she didn't realize that a light was in the way of serving us. Not a big deal. Next she takes our drink order and can't seem to understand that our toddler who had a full sippy cup didn't want anything to drink. Again, not a big deal so whatever. She brings the drinks and we order our food. An order of cheesy bread and 2 large pizzas, a supreme and a 3 topping. After waiting a while, she brings out 1 pizza. She gets it on the table and starts to say she will be back with the other. We stopped her and asked about the cheesy bread. It's been sitting on the counter back there waiting for our pizzas. Annoying because we ordered the breadsticks as an appetizer. We then look at the pizza she brought. It was the 3 topping pizza with 4 toppings. It had sausage on it. 1 member of the party can't eat sausage as it makes her sick. Again mistakes happen but really? We send it back to get it remade. She then brings our cheese sticks out and then the supreme pizza. Now we are stuck with a choice, so we eat the pizza hot and have the one member watch us eat or do we suffer a cold pizza and wait... she had us eat. When her pizza did come out, it was 7 slices and not 8. Apparently 1 slice fell off in the back. The waitress tells us that they will give us a discount or we can have them remake the pizza again. We took the pizza with a discount because by now our girl was starving. Not further issues with service from here. We finally get the bill and the "discount" they gave us was a $5 coupon off of a $77 meal. Come on guys. Do better.

Amazing Pizza Hut Classic!!! Thank you to Rusty and crew for hosting four Canadians who were just so stoked to enjoy the nostalgia of a cool looking Hut. It was an absolute treat!

You know the taste, exactly what pizza hut offers. Tastes good. Atmosphere is pretty homely. Good for groups. Also Good for people who wants to enjoy food alone.
This one is particularly not crowded. Definitely recommended.

Service was great, dining area too crowded, pizza was undercooked/doughy and sauce tasted like tomato paste. Salad bar is good but carrots should be soaked until served.

Good food, good atmosphere, nice and quiet during the week. Only downside is the service, unfortunately they are not very attentive.
Dietary restrictions: Dietary Restrictions here are something you have to ask about depending on the person. With our party, we typically have a gluten-free member so they have to order the Udi medium pizza. Typically they do not have a reaction or anything after the meal, so that is most likely safe.
Parking: Right around the side, its nice parking but crowded. Definitely be careful navigating the parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a Ramp and I'm sure a Wheelchair accessible bathroom. If need be I'm sure they'd be able to move a chair for said wheelchair user.
Wow, how cool am old Pizza Hut!!!They got the salad bar and the cups and stuff. Even the old vinyl table cloth.Food was as good as I can remember, and the service was good considering potsdams graduation just got done. The staff did great.
