Staff was very friendly. They were accommodating when learning how to make my favorite Starbucks drink, which staff on shift that day hadn't made before. It turned out great! I try to stop by there as a treat whenever I travel to Potsdam for my physical therapy. I'm always greated with a smile. Definitely a gem I discovered one day.

Parking: This is located at a college campus. So depending on the time of day, whether you are a student, etc. could likely factor...
