We went to the potsdam taco bell today 10/5 at 1045 we stood at the counter to order fortabout 5 minutes no one acknowledged we were there. They keep waiting on the drive thru the kept talking among themselves but never came near the counter or even looked our way. I am so glad you are doing so well that you don't need customer's. My sister and I left and went to pizza hut very good meal. We usually stop in every 2 weeks to taco bell for lunch maybe back may not. Pizza hut does open at 1030 now more convenient.

I’m so sick of going through drive thru and not getting what I asked for. I ask for no sour cream and I always get sour cream, I ask for a new item, the correct item and I get the same thing, I just want what I ordered

As far as fast food Taco Bell goes, this one is pretty good. Items were made as ordered and tasted delicious. Not as hot as I would normally like but it was late night. Service was prompt and employees were courteous.
The first taco bell I have had in a long time that was actually made properly, hot, and not falling apart. Wow! Well done folks.

Place isn't cleaned often, tables dirty, floor dirty chairs dirty. They focus on drive thru and lobby orders are an inconvenience it seems. They put everything to go so you have to unpack your order. Apparently trays are difficult to clean.
Oh and an order that used to cost 35 two years ago is now 55.
