First of all, we did not get half of our order when we ordered. But with what we did get, it made us all extremely sick. The workers were also extremely unpleasant. I do NOT recommend.

My wife made a mobile order in store due to no custom lux box available on the kiosk. Same time I made my order on the kiosk. She waited 25 minutes for her order due to incompetency of the workers to keep track of orders when they came in.
Will not be coming here again due to the place being filthy, unorganized, and full of workers who were screaming, and making the place seem like a day care.

They are nice people but do not take time to make sure your food looks decent. Gordita crunch tortilla was literally fused with the rapper because all of the cheese was all over instead of inside the gordita like it was supposed to be, completely inedible unless i wanted to chew on a rapper with my food.

This is probably the second worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. NOT because the food was gross or because the restaurant building itself, but because how UNPROFESSIONAL the staff was while working. I sat with my 6 year old daughter near the front window, with the music decently loud and could still hear EVERY word from the employees working to the people they were talking to on the phone ( on speaker) while customers were waiting at the counter patiently. One employee was walking around eating, one was obnoxiously loud with black glasses, black polo and a little heavy set and greenish bluish hair. The profanity that was being used was outrageous and not something my daughter had to listen to. Luckily we are only in the area for a youth hockey tournament. If we ever are to return to Potsdam I will definitely make sure Taco Bell is not where we stop for a quick bite to eat.

I love taco bell. Like I love taco bell so much I got a taco bell tattoo on my forearm. Butttttt everytime I order my steak anything I ask for extra steak and extra sauce and when i get home what i dont ever have is extra steak or sauce, i watch the employees behind the counter put like a teaspoon of sauce, when i pay 0.55 cents for sauce. When i have to pay with cash i always have to stand at the counter waiting for someone to cash ne out. I dont know the name of the supervisor but she was working 10-16-25 shift-while im waiting for my food on multiple separate occasions I see said person picking at her nose and touchingnher face while still wearing gloves and then continues to make the food, as someone who has worked in food service for over 10 years, thats common sense to change gloves after touching anything but food prep areas. The food is great when its done right.
Also please bring back the steak street chalupas. They were the best item I've had, almost ordered everyday.

I love taco bell, its my favorite fast food restaurant. I've noticed whenever I order someone has to go wrong, wether it be with what was added or not getting an item. Out of the past 3 times ive eaten there my family has missed out on 4 nacho fries total while still having to pay for it. This is becoming a recurring issue as just last time I ordered 3 nacho fries were missing.
