I love taco bell, its my favorite fast food restaurant. I've noticed whenever I order someone has to go wrong, wether it be with what was added or not getting an item. Out of the past 3 times ive eaten there my family has missed out on 4 nacho fries total while still having to pay for it. This is becoming a recurring issue as just last time I ordered 3 nacho fries were missing.

I put in an online order on my break for work. I went to go pick it up and sat in the line my entire break. As I finally got up to the window nobody even acknowledged me as I would have like to tell them I had to go. I had to wave to get someone’s attention and then he reiterated there is an angry customer at the window as I simply asked what is the long wait for. The supervisor of the shift I’m guessing came to the window and said there is nothing I can do as we only have 2 people who can work the line. I told her I waited my entire break and she continued to say she’s trying as fast as she could which i understand. I then continued to wait and wait and I then had to knock on the window to get there attention again they were so careless. I had to leave with my food paid for and no food. Not impressed at all!!!!’

Was given one sause ,Fire . We requested two hot and fire. Our quesadilla was lacking in steak. The rest of our food was great.
Food was cold, cheese wasn't even melted. And we didn't get our 2pc cinnabon. When we are dragging ourselves out of the house at 11pm for a taco bell craving, it would be nice to at least get the food that we paid for.

We went to the potsdam taco bell today 10/5 at 1045 we stood at the counter to order fortabout 5 minutes no one acknowledged we were there. They keep waiting on the drive thru the kept talking among themselves but never came near the counter or even looked our way. I am so glad you are doing so well that you don't need customer's. My sister and I left and went to pizza hut very good meal. We usually stop in every 2 weeks to taco bell for lunch maybe back may not. Pizza hut does open at 1030 now more convenient.
