I did a large takeout order at work for 15 people and the staff at Thai cuisine executed it flawlessly. The communication of pre ordering, pickup time and readiness, and food quality was 10/10. I have loved Thai cuisine since I moved to the area years ago, but this was an experience I had to rave about! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Okay let's start off by saying I must have been blessed with the best server there BANK! His knowledge of the menu was incredible and helped me choose something I would love. I highly recommend the drunken noodles and spring rolls!

Great food at a reasonable price. Very good service. Heat level accurately represented ( very important in Thai food imo). Service was excellent. Atmosphere is very average but not unpleasant. Highly recommend!

This restaurant fills a niche here in the north country and I love that they offer a number of GF items. Some of their entres are very tasty, but over the past few years, I have noticed far less veggies and their Pad Thai went from tasty to almost inedible. It's dry noodle with peanuts on top and some overcooked green onions. No other veggies. No bean sprouts, no carrots, no cabbage, no lime wedges. Just a big wad of noodles. I hope someone there is reading this. Pad Thai is the dish most folks start out with at a Thai restaurant. If you lose them there, they won't come back. We want to see you thrive here in the north country, but you have got to up your game. Start with more fresh veggies and Pad Thai that resembles Pad Thai.
We were far away from home and everyone needed dinner. The internet said that Thai Cuisine was open. We drove there to find it apparently closed. The place looked abandoned and shabby. Who would choose to go in...
Portions were small including the drinks (bunch of ice) and the food is not traditionally made. This place is a gentrification version of Thai food. Plus did not listen to special instruction when asked to make orange chicken crispy they did not listen.
They were out of a lot of stuff…no appetizer, no dessert.
I ordered a Tom Yum soup. I couldn’t taste the refreshing lemon grass, instead, i tasted this overpowering sourness.
The only things that worked were the basils and the crunched peanuts. The noodles were slightly undercooked. But at least, the food was hot.
There were a lot of us and no one was impressed.
Thailand is a tropical country, so almost all the authentic refresh ingredients are from the tropics. North Country is nowhere near tropics, so i think 3 stars are fair.
The dining area can use a makeover.

Absolutely the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. I ordered veggie pad Thai to go. Opened the container to frozen (bagged) microwaved veggies laying atop plain rice noodles. No seasoning, just some peanuts sprinkled on top. I drove back to the restaurant, thinking it was a mistake. No. This is their pad Thai. They offered to remake it. It was exactly the same. No seasoning. No garlic. No tamarind. Just boiled rice noodles under microwaved veggies. Definitely would NOT recommend Thai Cuisine!

I love this restaurant 😍😍😍😍!
This is my favorite restaurant in all of Northern and Central New York! It’s amazing!!! The food is so good, you will not want to leave, lol. Go for lunch and then come back for dinner, 😁.
Thai food is pretty hard to find in this region and to be blessed with such gosh darn good Thai food is a blessing from heaven. I might have to move to Potsdam, in the apartment to across the street, so I can walk over for meals 🤣😍😁.
The quality is off the charts, the service is one of the top 4 in the region, the seating is the best there is in Potsdam (outdoor and indoor), the prices are actually very cheap for a specialty restaurant and they have a proud history of serving this community. The servings are huge, so you will never leave hungry or disappointed.
I literally cannot say anything about them that is not a glowing, amazing review. This is what restaurants are supposed to be.
Live long and prosper 🤟🏾

Thank you for bringing back table service. The food is amazing, and I always order a variety so I have some to take home. Our waiter was absolutely lovely, and we truly enjoyed everything about our dining experience

the worst Thai restaurant. Tom yum was diluted with water. for a large bowl of soup I got: 4 shrimps, one scallop and a couple of pieces of squid. And raw mushrooms as a topping. If you call yourself a Thai restaurant, then at least read about Thai cuisine. And let the chef fly to Thailand and learn how to cook their cuisine properly. We don't need your apologies, better review all your dishes. And do it the right way.

The guy that welcomed us is very nice and friendly. However, the waitress was really indifferent as if she did not want to be there and provided the bare minimum service. Food came out quickly, last time was better that's why we came back. The thai iced tea was the best part of our meal.
The food wasn't bad, but it's just not what I wanted from $17 Pad Thai (I got extra noodles for $2). The flavor profile was just really lacking, and I would have liked to see more egg, peanut, and some more fresh green onions. The appetizer sampler was good, and my husband enjoyed the 5 Queen's. However, again, for the price, we probably wouldn't order a 2nd time. I'm definitely open to trying again in case it was an off night - and will update if I do! 😊
