The person taking the orders speaks extremely fast and if you don't order real fast he tells you off saying that this is a drive through and you need to order fast so I left and went to some place else. Not happy with the attitude.

Stopped in to and from on my trip. Staff was great (Josh service provider) very personal and professional engaging with customers. The rest of the staff worked great together and very nice.

I think this is the best Tim's in SLC great location and best freshest doughnuts in town..Love that I can use DRIVE THRU or DINE IN to get breakfast, get gas and hit restroom all in one stop and (Valero) also has the CHEAPEST gas/diesel prices..also
LAST FUEL/RESTROOM/FOOD STOP for (15-20miles) before Lamphere's(Greg and Molly's) in Hopkinton for those traveling to Malone/Titus Mountain Ski Resort Area..
Dietary restrictions: I believe they have Gluten Free options at this location..
Kid-friendliness: Dine in area is near restrooms and out of the immediate area of the gas/convenient store area so a good spot for ones with little kids that want to stretch their legs or in warmer months a huge field behind, either side of and across the road for anyone traveling with pets and want to walk them or with children who want to run and burn off energy
(Especially after all those sugary doughnuts lol) before getting back on the road..(I dont recommend pets off leash or young children unsupervised however) due to 11B Highway very high traffic going 60+mph..and also parking lot can get a bit congested in mornings and early evenings..
Wheelchair accessibility: This location is very wheelchair friendly its all one level with wide walking areas and restrooms are easy access for wheelchairs and are single spacious toilet area (not stall type bathrooms) this location has 2 separate bathrooms (men's/family and women's/Unisex/family) they are also always very clean and warm and have a baby changing station in women's room..

Needed a quick fast food breakfast from a place that I can't find where I live and went here. Friendly service and the order was correct. The food is fast so that's what I needed.

They repeated my order back and still got it wrong unfortunately.
Nice menu options, though a little pricier than should be

Service needs to step it up a little, but the coffee is always good. Sometimes wraps are made sloppily.

Staff will make your order how ever they seem fit, and not always how you order it, based on their thoughts of you.
They start to feel some sorta way about you if you regularly frequent the franchise and they let it affect their quality.
I hope you end up on their good side.

## Tim Hortons: Donut DisappointmentLet's just say my Tim Hortons experience was a bit like finding out the Canadian tuxedo wasn't actually a fashion statement. Craving a taste of Canadian goodness while on a business trip in upstate New York, I pulled into a Tim Hortons that was part of a gas station. Fueled by hype, I grabbed a donut...and then promptly wished I hadn't.Maybe it was the gas station location, but these donuts were a far cry from the legendary treats I'd heard about. They were just...meh. Dare I say, Dunkin Donuts might have been a better bet (and that's coming from someone who usually avoids the whole donut chain scene).**Bottom Line:** If you're looking for a life-changing donut experience, Tim Hortons might not be your Timbit of tea (see what I did there?). Maybe next time I'll stick to poutine for my Canadian fix.

I went in three times for a sugar free vanilla latte within the past few weeks. I used to have a 5 star review on here for the place because it was good coffee at a good price. I've since deleted it. Each time I've ordered a hot drink recently the coffee was badly burned. Twice I dumped it out on the ground after driving away. Once I choked it down as best as I could, but it was some of the worst coffee I've ever had. It was different workers making it, so I believe the issue is systemic, not individual.

Food is absolutely delicious, the inside is beautiful and welcoming, but I just wish the staff were more friendly lol. They're all so quiet and seem like zombies some day.

Thought donuts the other day and the cake donuts were hard and the cinnamon rolls were nothing to write home about either. Think I'm done with buying donuts there. Guess I will go to dunkin' donuts instead. The person that waited on me was very friendly. Just bad donuts.
