TLDR; Went out for a birthday dinner and got a raw burger and a chemical flavored turkey sandwich.
My family and I don’t go out to eat that much but the Timber has been on our rotation since the new owners took over. We loved their burgers and other meals, so much so that we would recommend it to anyone who asked about local food. This changed today.
My wife wanted to take me out for my birthday, as we had a couple hours without the kids. Being close to home we picked the Timber. We ordered an appetizer (which was pretty decent actually), a couple drinks, a hot turkey sandwich and a burger, medium done. My wife’s sandwich was literally inedible (the meat had some sort of chemical taste to it) and my burger was raw on the inside. We mentioned it to the server (who was quite nice and seemed to care) but she came back and told us that the owner said “it was cooked right” and we would be charged for everything. I was very frustrated but it wasn’t the waitress’s fault.
We ended up paying $75 for a couple drinks and an appetizer. As I stated to the waitress, the new owner can pound salt. I will never set foot in this place again.
This used to be my favorite place to eat, now I gag thinking about it.

Hadn't been here in a month or so. A friend & myself stopped in. My friend order a BLT & I got a Swiss Mushroom Burger. Both came with fries. I asked for medium rare to rare and the waitress said that was fine. But it came as medium well or well done. Since I ordered waffle fries & was not told they were $1 more(which was not a big deal) The burger was tasty and big. Just wish it had been rare like I asked. If they couldn't do it, I would have requested something else. I didn't say anything to the waitress as its the cooks fault. All in all the food is good & we will be back, but no burger.

We stopped in for a quick bite and had a good lunch pick-me-up. Nice folks, good service, and tasty food choices. What more do you need? Yes, there's a bar too 😀

Went here for a family lunch my nephew was up from TN. For starters if you have a sense of humor you will get a kick out of the menu. Not only did the owner of this establishment create a decent sized menu with unique combinations that will have you debating your decision until the last moment they put their personality all over it. The witty names and sarcastic descriptions had us all forgetting we were supposed to be picking out our lunch orders. The Apple Jack is absolutely delicious but their sweet potato fries were perfectly fried and I highly recommend getting them with a side of maple Mayo for dipping. There wasn't a single thing on our table I didn't want to try. The berry margaritas are so good you'll want to bring a Designated driver. This place is an absolute hidden treasure. Will definitely be going back and maybe next time I'll remember to take a picture.

Really cool spot out in the middle of nowhere. The owner, Ben, is super friendly. Only downside was our waitress — she forgot someone’s entrée the first time we went, and then forgot a different one on our second visit. She should probably just write orders down instead of trying to remember them. Other than that, great place!

Stopped here during a business trip, and I gotta say we were very impressed! The exterior of this place makes it seem like it may just be a very average pub, but I assure you it is NOT. We actually came two days in a row for dinner that’s how much we liked it lol! Each time was great, and I highly recommend the French Onion soup as well as the ribeye. One of the best French onion soups I have ever tried I kid you not! Pigasus was fantastic as well. We also met the owner, and his dog “Winnie” while we were there. Very, nice guy who seems to genuinely care about his establishment. If we come back here for work I will 100% be returning.
Took the yummy stuff of the menu..bring the Rubens and the chicken pasta dish back.
