if I could give no stars I would. service was terrible and their immature teenage staff is a pain to deal with. pretzels bites were cold, pepperoni on the second pretzel was burnt, and they forgot our dipping sauces and once we asked for them they tried to charge us again for the separate sauces.

Very pleasant experience! I have been here twice in the past month while roaming the mall before going to the movies. Both times, I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The staff is obviously well trained and take pride in their work. I was served with a smile, and didn't feel rushed, even though they were quite busy. Excellent crew of young people behind the counter! The mini dogs and frozen Lemonade were delicious! Thank you, I will be back (a lot)!

Tried to buy a pretzel bucket and was told I had to wait 20-25 minutes as filling the case was more important than the customer at the counter, even though they had 6 pretzel cups in the case and 3 trays of bits came out while I was there.

I come here every week & order pretzel nuggets with no butter. The manager is nice about this & the usual cook is kind & does it no problem. I expect a wait which is also fine as I'm vegan so I know odd accommodations can be unexpected. Anyways, today I come and there's a different cook. I request no butter like every other week & they loudly suck their lips and yell, "bruh", then roll their eyes & yell across the cooking station to me, "we only have salted w/ no butter" (I ordered cinnamon sugar). I said, firmly, "I know there's a wait, I do this every week. I don't mind". They then proceed to cook, shrug their shoulders, and mumble under their breath. From now on, I won't order here unless the other cook with straight dark hair is working. She's much nicer and has never given me such an attitude. If someone doesn't want to accommodate or at the very least explain why something can't be done, why bother coming to work? In the event this worker is there again, I can always just go to Wetzel's Pretzels downstairs

The pretzels are so yummy (in simple English). They make soft, buttery tasting fresh pretzels in different shapes and sizes. Pretzels nuggets as well as the traditional size and shape.You can watch employees put the dough together and bake them in their oven. The pretzels can be plain, buttered, salted and other options.Auntie Annie's pretzels are irresistible. Hard to pass by the place because not only do you see them but you can smell them from a distance.Beverages are also available like lemonade, soda, etc...Pricing is a bit high but you can't get these exact pretzels in a supermarket.

This business can do well anytime, even when the Galleria is suffering in many areas. There are many options to choose from the menu which includes of course pretzels with many topping choices. For the first-timers, the pretzels are huge and very filling, so don't be alarmed. They also offer pretzel dogs and nuggets as an alternative and dips. Drinks are provided that go along with the saltiness. I've never had any issues with the service provided - very friendly and helpful from the beginning until having your food served, but do have patience when the line is long due to the small space.
This place is great never been here and I liked it. the customer service is phenomenal Terri angel and cheyenne in the back all said hi and where very good with all the customers .the cinnamon suger bits where delicious and where fresh .I will be coming back here when I'm in the mall agin
