Just had the best bowl of my life at Rush! Was passing through Poughkeepsie at about 5 PM and needed a pick-me-up. Was going to hit SK but decided to give Rush a go and what a solid decision. The açaí blend in “the beach” was amazing! They make the peanut butter there. I recommend! Will be back to try some others for sure.
What a lovely place. There are many healthy options. I will be back to try different varieties. The owner Martha is such a nice and friendly person. The place is so clean. Thank you for your donation to the Poughkeepsie Schools Community Spring Event. I wish them much prosperity in this business.

The decor is chic and clean, and the staff is welcoming. It is located in the Shoppes at South Hills, in the corner nook to the right of the European wax salon, back by Orange Theory. This is the first Rush Bowls franchise in the region, taking two years to get approved and open. Customers have described it as a hidden gem, and many plan to return to try different varieties.
