Buns is a great burger shop. Also not just burgers! The food is great, made to order, not sitting around warming in some tray. What is up with these “local guides”. Do these self proclaimed people even have a cue. One wrote a “Great” review then gives them a 4? Popped in last night half an hour before close, and even though it was winding down, the service was great and they were accommodating, friendly, and quick. I got a burger with bacon, pickled onions, and burger sauce. It was outstanding, and exactly what I was craving. Really hit the spot. Bacon crispy and rendered nicely. Onions pickled well and had great flavor on their own, but added a wonderful acidity to the burger.
