First time at the location in Gardiner today- and I’m so happy I decided to try it! An iced lavender matcha is to DIE for! I didn’t catch the young woman’s name but she was so helpful, answered all my questions and made me a custom drink- and even made sure I liked it! The smoothie bowls are so fresh with crisp fresh fruit and toppings.. highly recommend! 😍
Such a welcoming environment and friendly staff. Amazing hummus toast and fruit bowls. My Saturday morning routine ends with a coffee and hummus toast. The owner and employees are so nice, they make you feel at home 💓 Right next to the wheelhouse, perfect spot and great community they've created.
Healthy, delicious and a great way to spend happy hour 😊

Chakra Bowls is a welcoming and relaxing space that offers a variety of healthy and delicious food options. The ambiance combines a calming vibe with a modern, yoga-inspired atmosphere, featuring plants, candles, books, and colorful slogans. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, creating a positive experience for guests. The menu includes popular items such as the Soul Bowl, Sedona wrap, Chakra Bowls’ weekly meal delivery, and the nourish bowl, which is praised for its freshness and flavor. The avo toast is also highly recommended, with good bread and tomatoes, though some find it not very spicy. Smoothies are a highlight, with many customers loving their variety and quality. The cafe also sells soaps, chocolates, and other wellness products, with a cozy seating area that includes a nest-like chair and plenty of pillows.
While the food is generally well-received, some reviews mention the prices as being high—around $46 for a breakfast including avo toast, coffee, and a bowl—comparable to city prices, which some feel is expensive for suburban fare. The atmosphere can be loud with music described as "hip hop jazz," and the space can feel chilly. Service is carry-from-counter and bus-your-own, but staff remain friendly and professional. Overall, Chakra Bowls is appreciated for its nourishing food, friendly atmosphere, and the care shown by its owners and staff, making it a popular spot for those seeking healthy meals in a peaceful setting.
