Pretty cool place. Awesome food, good vibes, friendly staff.
After eating his cuisine one time, I knew that I would be following Chef Jesus Olmedo. Well I caught up with him at a Pop-Up Meal at La Cabañita Authentic Mexican Cuisine in the City of Poughkeepsie, NY. I started off with the Shrimp & Salmon Aguachile -Grilled Pineapple, Cucumber, Fresno Chile, Hibiscus Chamoy.
