Was probably the worst service I ever had a cold stone . It wasn’t busy at all and one of the employees was distracted by her visiting friends. The girl that made our order was very light on the topping. For the money I spent I wish I would have gone be elsewhere. I won’t be visiting the cold Stone again.

This was a love/hate experience. Cold Stone Creamery has very good ice cream and a lot of "mixins" that are creative and delicious. That said, I feel that they're WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!A medium cone was nearly $12. I was shocked!! I could have bought a gallon or more of ice cream for that amount of $. Also...while the cone was tasty, it was so large that getting to the ice cream was a thoroughly messy affair. I felt like a 9 year-old with sticky hot fudge covering more of my face than vanity would allow. It was also too much of a serving for one human being. Consequently, I could only conclude that their business model was to load up the cones...and charge a fortune for it.Next time, I'm going to DQ.

I always enjoyed coming to Cold stone. My favorite is the pecan caramel in a waffle bowl. Yes the price point is pretty high, but I really enjoy this ice-cream. I have never had their ice-cream cakes, I never had one so i can’t speak on them. But they look really really good.
The two young ladies working Friday October 28th at 10pm were so lovely. They greeted everyone that came into the store professionally, offered samples if requested, and did their jobs efficiently. It was such a pleasant experience for an out of towner like myself and my friend. Will definitely visit again.
