Great service and food!

Mike was our server, he also is a bartender that my mother raves about. He is and was on point and super professional and nice! The food is to die for! Scrumptious and great serving sizes!!! Prices are great as well! Matches the quality of the food and atmosphere! If you haven't been to Cosimo's.... GO!!!!

Not going to lie - if I suggest getting Cosimos for dinner to another person in my family - they are going to tell me to switch it up. But I don’t want to! This has been my favorite restaurant for years, ever since I attended Marist College. The quality has only improved, as well as the service. I’m not even sure where to begin because I have gone to the bar, eaten in all of the rooms, and had takeout from here more times than I care to admit.
I always start with the arancini (rice balls) which never disappoint and either get the spicy chicken fusilli (it’s not super spicy but has a kick) or the rigatoni alla buttera with sausage, peas and creamy sauce … I’m a creature of habit. Their Caesar salad is also my favorite because it has the shaved parm and BEST dressing. I’d recommend any of the appetizers as I’ve had them all and have also had some other incredible dishes like the pork pappardelle which is so comforting. The salads are so fresh, and I love their Harvest the best because of the dressing and crispy local apples. Finally, (because I could go on forever) the prosciutto and fig flatbread is a great lunch option, or any of the brick oven pizzas. Don’t forget to get any wine you love while you’re there! They have my absolute favorite Montepulciano (Italian red wine) so it’s easily a win in my book.
Go here for a big party, event, or just a nice lunch or dinner out (there is outdoor seating too) that’s reasonably priced and ALWAYS delicious. The hosts and servers are incredibly friendly and accommodating as well. If you’re ordering takeout they are prompt and the food is always ready and hot.

It's still early in the evening, Piper our hostess/ dinner assistant, is very helpful, informative, not to mention ,and excellent representative for the restaurant but humans in general, steered us in the right direction for our first time here...it will be my go-to when in this area...im already planning to bring many friends up here... they have a great wine list, the bread is fresh, and comfortable surroundings make me thankful we chose this place....you will not be disappointed ... thanks to the management (Tim) and cook (Angel) and the rest of the staff for a lovely evening 🙂 I wish we had 8 to 10 people here so I can try a litte of everything

Wow. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We ordered the beet/ kale salad, eggplant parm w linguine instead of penne, and the chicken pesto penne. Everything was filling and so flavorful and delicious. We sat outside which was chill garden vibes, but the inside was very beautiful- especially at the bar. Cannot leave a review without mentioning Marco- the service made our evening truly perfect. Marco was attentive, friendly, and seemed like he genuinely enjoyed his job. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us

We went there for my birthday dinner. We started with the casinos and they were delicious. I got the Portobello flatbread and it was like a chorus of angels sang hallelujah on my tongue. My hubby got the steak and for the first time in his life he did not cover it in A1 sauce, that's saying something. I got the tartufo for dessert and he got the carrot cake. The waiter had put a candle in my dessert for my birthday. He was attentive and the place was very nice. I would recommend this to anyone and we plan on going back soon. I also love the bocce court outside!

The food is no better than Olive Garden. Service was good. Our server was professional and timely. Food from the kitchen was fast but not hot or freshly made. The penne and sausage pasta were bland and room temp. The steak special was overcooked, tough, and chewy. The tomato Fresca sandwich had a hot tomato, cold grilled baguette, and flavorless pesto that tasted more like parsley than basil. The wine list is good with price points for all. We had Chianti @ $40 and a Montepuciano @$56 . Both were excellent. For dessert, we had the limoncello tartufo, which they served in a hot bowl so the ice cream and whipped cream were warm and soupy. The cheese cake also came on a warm plate. Lazy kitchen not caring about guest experience. And a server who served a frozen dessert on a hot plate. No care or attention to detail. Plenty of parking on site. Better options for a meal than this restaurant. Dinner for 4 was almost $300 with tip.
