Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas. One was ok, but the other was missing toppings. I called and was told my order was correct (it was not). I got offered a manager's number to call (which I was going to use asap). I guess they had a change of heart and agreed to remake my pizza. I just got it and it's the same as before (still missing a topping). Either the app/website isn't communicating with stores correctly or they just don't care. I am not sure why this place gets such bad reviews. If you order the NY style crust pizza with two toppings, it is much better than most of the pizza restaurants here in Poughkeepsie. The pizza is incredibly cheap, therefore do not expect it to taste like a coal fired, woodburning Margherita pie. This is a situation where you get what you pay for when it comes to quality.
