I arrived at 6:18pm and they said they don’t serve food because they will close at 7pm. I understand if it would be in the last 15 minutes that they stop serving food, but 42 minutes before closing? I’m pretty sure this is a subjective rejection and not a corporate rule.

The food was good.The service was mad.ChillThe people paid attention well and asked me for very specifics.And the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, there were only 2 people working at the time, but they worked well together and I was able to leave pretty quickly after arriving.

Overall experience depends on which Dunkin you go to. The one in downtown Poughkeepsie isn’t so great, it is only a place to pick up food & drinks. There is no where to sit down there. Go to the Dunkin in the Town of Poughkeepsie south of IBM and it’s a completely different experience. There is a nice dining area, the staff is faster, more concerned about you and much more friendly than in the city.

rude staff. there’s some nice ones but there’s a lady with a nasty attitude. i’m litt just a teen and yall are yelling at me? the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. i love the one on main street better!

I stopped at this Dunkin’ and unfortunately had a bit of a disappointing visit. The line was long, and there was some confusion at the counter while waiting to order. I understand things can get busy, but it definitely felt slower than usual.
When it was finally my turn, I made sure to clearly mention that I have an egg allergy and asked for my sandwich with just cheese—no egg. The staff did make it as requested, but the cheese wasn’t melted or heated properly. It looked like it had just been placed on the bread cold after toasting. I really wish more care had been taken with the preparation, especially since it was a simple order and involved a food allergy.
I also asked about a military discount, but I’m not sure if it was applied since the total didn’t seem to reflect it. It would’ve been nice if the cashier had confirmed that before completing the transaction.
The store itself was clean and well-organized, and the employee at the register was polite, but overall, the experience felt rushed and a bit careless. I’ve been to other Dunkin’ locations that pay more attention to detail, so I hope this one can improve in that area.

This dunkin is the more convenient location for me I go a lot, the blueberry breeze refresher is super good. Sometimes the donuts are a little stiff but I feel like if you go in the middle of the day to any Dunkin’ location they are so I guess I can’t really complain

The staff is very nice, however, the truck which supplies them blocks all traffic in the gas station to a point that people who want to order and skip the drive thru (also too busy in the morning) park by the gas pumps really blocking all traffic. I have been trapped in here for 30 minutes... Avoid at all costs!!!!
Bad customer service with new employee she ignored me telling me my order was at another location without even looking at my phone so I proved to her it was at this location she gave me my food with an attitude annoyed because I ordered one thing
