The tall black lady with the glasses that was handling mobile pick up orders is rude and shows attitude. I understand rush hours are tough but attitude like that is for friends and home, not the customers.Like come on man, no need to show rudeness, everybody is struggling.

It is basically the same crew whenever I go in the morning, but I wish I got this girl's name. She goes above and beyond to make sure my stuff is correct and that really makes my day! I don't go there every day, but apparently often enough that she knows my face and knows I don't like the cheddar cheese that comes on the sandwich! Most often I order in person. Last mobile order I came in and right away she called my name because she knew the american cheese order was mine. Today i went to get my food and she re-made it when i got there because she already knew she put cheddar on it and remembered when she seen me that I don't eat cheddar. I've heard them with other people in lines at times knowing what they are ordering in terms of food and drink as well. Im always very impressed and try to make it a point to go to that one even though there isnt always parking since it is downtown. They get a lot of business and somehow operate 10x faster and more accurate than the one across from my job. Very pleased!

I got the strawberry coolatta w/whipcream I worked at dunking in the past as second job:) to be more precised I know how it should taste and it's not ice mix with color and no flavor what a waist of four bucks never again not even for coffee yall fell off long time ago.... brownskinerica1@
