I also had bad customer service they don’t wash their hands before making food they just put those cheap gloves on and start your order after just finishing someone else’s food and drinks with those same gloves!!!!!!!!
I had been drinking a coffee all morning that had a fly in it. The only way I found there was a fly, was because I sucked it up through my straw. The manager only offered to comp my next drink, when I told her that wasn’t acceptable, she then offered me a $25 gift card. She said that this has been an on going problem that has been “treated” in the past. An email was sent to corporate as well. This will be followed up on.
Fast service, clean and neat shop and friendly associates. A real pleasure.

Dunkin' is a popular spot with great customer service, where orders are always fulfilled correctly. While parking can be a challenge, especially during peak hours, the convenient location near shopping plazas on Route 9 makes it a worthwhile stop. The breakfast menu is a specialty, and a small gesture of kindness from the staff can brighten up a day. However, cleanliness and parking space are areas for improvement.
