The best ramen we ever had! We've been told the head chef was trained in Jeju Noodle Bar, a Michelin-starred restaurant over in Momofuku. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Based on the reviews, eShin Ramen & Sushi is a comfortable place in the mall to sit down and have delicious food. The food is always enjoyed, and there are a fair amount of choices for picky kids. The ramen is really good, and the sesame Miso Tonkutso is delicious. The sushi is preferred by some, and two people like to split the sushi for two which is more than enough food. The chicken ramen was really good, and the tofu was surprisingly delicious too. The Kara-age Chicken is very very very good with an amazing Tangy sauce, and the chicken was perfect and moist. The sushi sashimi and miso soup were all AMAZING. The boba and fruit teas are delicious. The service is impeccable, very attentive, and the wait staff is very pleasant and kind. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere has a nice vibe and good music. The Dassai Blue sake was very good.
