Ichiddo Ramen is a great place to sit down and enjoy a delicious bowl of authentic ramen. The restaurant is clean and spotless, with a beautifully decorated interior and a very good vibe. The staff is attentive and polite, with fast service. The menu offers a variety of options, including appetizers like pork Bao buns, Goyza dumplings, and Spicy Crab Jalapeños, which are crunchy, spicy, and fried to perfection. The ramen bowls, such as the Spicy Curry and Char Siu Ramen, are generous in portion and flavor, with options to customize with extra noodles and broth. The shrimp fried rice is also a highlight. The vegetarian udon and tofu and vegetable fried rice are also excellent choices. The steamed sponge cake is also soooo good and not too sweet. The sakura rose milk tea and takoyaki are also excellent choices. The broth was delicious, and the crispy chicken ramen bowl was really delicious and good quality. The taro coconut milk and the watermelon coconut milk were both really good. If you haven't tried this Ramen restaurant, don't walk run.
