The staff always seems like they are sleeping and don't wanna be there. The drive through works only when they choose to. You would drive up & be waiting for a response, either in have to go in or drive away. Poor customer service or service with an attitude most times.

I placed an order online for a breast and Wing combo. Ended up getting a leg and thigh combo which basically means I paid over $20 to eat a biscuit and mashed potatoes doordash only offered me a refund of $3.61 for an order that was completely wrong and when I called this restaurant no one picks up the phone and then asked me to put in a code. So basically I got screwed out of my money and didn't get the food that I ordered

I recently moved here, tried this kfc twice. Once an hour before closing, I placed an order through the app, it said it was ready for pick up, when I got there, the guy on the mic in the drive through said they’re sold out. They’re out of chicken and they closed. The 2nd time, I placed an order, the app said it was ready, I got there 10 minutes after it said it was ready, and I’m still waiting for it as I write this review… customer service here is awful, employees don’t seem to care at all about the customers or their own jobs for that matter.

Had to ask employee who was making our order to remake it and wear gloves while doing so, seems to be issue amongst the staff and I will not go to that location again appeared dirty and that I had to ask staff member to wait gloves only reinforces my opinion of seeming dirty and unsanitary will report to DOH

Everything disgusting. Roaches living inside of the landline phone. They don’t delete anybody’s IDs or Social security cards off the computer that has NO password. It really smells like straight booboo if you walk in far enough. They smoke cigarettes barely out of the back door. Attitudes nasty, food nastier. May be the other way around tbh. Either way. I don’t understand how they’re still up and running tbh.

Corporate please send a regional manager to this location the employee are messing up your restaurant one day at a time nothing in this restaurant is done on time the employee don’t seem trained at all and god forbid you work for uber if you do the food will never be delivered
