The staff at this location is horrendous. I have tried to pick up food here multiple times as an Uber Eats driver. It is the restaurant’s job to update the app when they run out of an item, so a person cannot order it. One time I got there and the said they are out of chicken. I had two orders to pick up there the other day. I drove 20 minutes to get there and when I did they told me they don’t have any of the items so I have to cancel both orders. I wasted my time and gas money and the customer also did not receive what they ordered. This happens a lot within an hour of closing time which makes me think they have the food but just say this to avoid having to cook it. I will never accept a trip to there again on the app. The place is also filthy so I wouldn’t trust eating anything from here.

The worst service I've ever received in my life. Workers don't try at all and are rude, make fun of people and think people don't realize their rude attitude. They are far from good customer service if the owner does not want to go bankrupt he should select or train his workers more.

This is the second time I've attempted to get food here and had to leave. They have a drive thru but any time you attempt to order on it, they tell you to come inside and order. So now I wait on line, just for them to tell me they don't have the thing I wanted in the first place! Very frustrating experience, done with this location.

Everytime I come here the food takes way too long to come out. I waited 35 mins for a famous bowl. Wasted The entirety of my 30 mins lunch from work. The people that work here have no hustle or motivation or consideration for that matter.

Worst kfc ever been to. Workers are slow and incompetent. Running out of food and no one has anything cooking. Waiting a half hour in the store for a mobile order that I put in 20 minutes before arriving. The cook is busy singing in the back room with the music blasting and not even putting food in the oven. The table looks dirty and the place is a mess. The guys behind the counter look flustered and confused.remember why I stopped going to this location and drive 20 minutes away to fishkill which is organized and quick.

I Didn’t get everything I ordered. They were yelling and screaming because they are running out of food. I asked if they could substitute and they said they could not do that. When I got home, the chicken that I did get looks like it’s greasy and old. It is dirty and gross there, they have trash on the floor.

That was my first and last KFC I could not believe it. The oil was old and tasted bad . The chicken tasted horrible. I wasted over $40 on 16 pieces. However, customer service was excellent, and the service was great and quick. I am sorry to say it, I will never have KFC in my life.

I showed up to the drive-thru at 9:30pm on a Sunday. They're advertised to close at 11. The seating area was empty, and I was the only customer. They told me it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken. There have been other times where the service was either rude or just blunt, but at least I got my food so I never cared, but this finally verifies why I never see anybody else there when I went. I'm surprised they aren't closed. Go to the Popeyes half a mile up the street. The service is faster and nicer at the very least.
