Was discussing dinner options and the other part of my party wanted steak, I was open to anything, and came across this place while looking at restaurants in the area. Reviews looked good, and they were right! First off, service was very welcoming and they made sure they got everything correct and checked on us here and there. The portions were fresh and tasty, and the steak was cooked perfectly (they ordered it rare) The atmosphere was very comfortable, good music, and they just reopened the outdoor patio! I was surprised how quiet it was when we went, definitely would go back!

I'm so glad this place opened up inside Bistro. Late Night Bistro is a vibe. Sushi is good. Nice to have a chill new late nite place to go to when the other bars are too much.

Refinery 51 is so beautiful now! Way nicer then union! The sushi is amazing along with a steak and some soju! I cant wait until summer to sit out in the back patio!

As someone who doesn’t like to try new things, I was skeptical of all the unique specialty sushi rolls, but they’re some of the best I’ve ever had! The “sexy Nadia roll” and “red fox” were absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is very nice, my wife enjoyed the ambiance and layout. Service was super friendly and personable. If you notice the negative reviews, none of them mention the food. Highly recommend.

Definitely my favorite place in Poughkeepsie. The owner pay close attention to details. This was the old mad hatter but nothing of it is the same. This locations decor is shiek and has elegance in all the details. Food is unique especially the way they prepare Sushi. IT is a must try. Service is unparalleled. It's what you expect at locations you pay much higher per plate for. Once their liquor license comes in this place will be a Poughkeepsie fan favorite. It will be standing room only. Great place and must try.

Our family came to visit this renew restaurant. We fell in love with it right away. The place is look amazing and beautiful. It has very friendly staffs and the foods was wonder and taste so great. We will for sure come back for some more.

had a birthday dinnner here planned for 3 weeks . the whole order was messed up from the beginning . we had multiple problems and had to ask for a discount . nor did the owner apologize. they knew this was a birthday dinner no birthday singing or acknowledgment . the sushi was terrible and it took way to long to come out . the steak and burgers were good but nothing great.

Not gonna lie , they just reopened . It’s a soft opening but the environment of the place is so nice , amazing sweet employees . THE FOOD… delicious! Price is not so bad . Definitely coming back with friends and family!
