I don't eat here often because the food is inconsistent and often dry (rice, jerk chicken etc). There are better and more affordable Jamaican/Caribbean restaurants in the city of Poughkeepsie so I've been disappointed with the quality of this establishment at the mall.
Been a while since I've ordered from here because the lines have gotten long as of late. In other words, Jamaican cuisine has blown up in popularity in the 'burbs in the post-COVID era! Their Jerk dry rub is phenomenal, but I don't mind a little bit of jerk sauce on top.
I stopped by Scotch Bonnet while in the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall. The food was delicious and the young lady that served me and my daughter was extremely pleasant. I definitely recommend this establishment!
