Food was good, but value for money spent? Not so much .
Great food but they refuse to accept responsibility when they screw an order up, I drive 25 minutes home to find out my order was messed up shame on me for not checking them but when I called the store I got hung up on twice
Bit expensive for a burger, but delicious.

Shake Shack Poughkeepsie offers great food but has mixed service. The milkshakes are always incredible, and the limited-time West Coast Fries are an absolute godsend. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The sandwich was, as always, excellent. The macaroni was mediocre at best and not worth the price. The entire staff were amazing, accommodating fast and last minute, going above and beyond for a 10/10 experience. The place is off to a great start, doing a great job with food quality and service. However, some visits had issues: orders messed up, a drink dropped and never replaced, and wrong food and cold food for other people.
