Spettro is a beautiful establishment serving good food and great craft cocktails. The bartenders are friendly, and the service is excellent. The menu features a nice selection of beer and delicious dishes, including burgers and pizza cooked to perfection in a dome-shaped oven. The kitchen demonstrates strong culinary expertise, with dishes like the grilled Caesar salad wedge cut being especially fantastic and unique. The staff is attentive and welcoming, with servers like Max providing a low-profile, classy service that makes guests feel at home. The modern interior is bright and clean, creating a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. During lunchtime, it attracts a mixed crowd of different age groups, giving it a neighborhood favorite vibe. The food and drinks, such as Bianca pizza and peach mint mocktail, are highly appreciated, although some dishes like the Panelle may lack sauces and can be a bit dry. The restaurant is also known for its seafood dishes like Riso Al Forno, where the seafood is fresh and extremely tasty, and the rice is cooked to perfection with a slightly crispy edge. For dessert, options like Brioche Con Gelato with a great pistachio taste and the Bischoff Cheesecake, which tastes just like the cookie it's named after, are popular. The atmosphere can be lively and busy, especially on weekends, with a modern ambiance that is both vibrant and welcoming. Overall, Spettro offers a lively spot for a night out or a casual afternoon, with a menu that balances quality and variety. Making reservations in advance is recommended to fully enjoy the experience.
