I used to come to this store often…. But lately, the staff has been extremely rude. One time, Even though I politely asked if my drink was ready for mobile order as it had been 15 mins, a red headed girl gave me the dirtiest look. She asked another associate who said no… and she never came back to rely this message.The next time, the guy at the drive thru was snotty and rude. I realized I had ordered my coffee hot not cold, and when I let him know he got REALLY annoyed.They remade it, but he was angry they had to.Never coming here again.I get it’s busy and I also work customer service, but wow.Awful service with miserable employees. Not sure who’s running it but maybe fix your employee moral.

This place makes my gf's favorite drink PERFECTLY every time. Staff is super friendly and skilled at their jobs.
Have been going to this Starbucks for years as it is close to the house. There is a miserable person now working the drive thru lane and whenever my wife orders a vanilla machiatto we are greeted with pretentiousness and complications about how this drink does not exist and that there is vanilla in a caramel machiatto. This has happened many times. She continues to put caramel in my wife's drink when that is not what was ordered. Will be going to Krafted Kup from now on as the customer service is much better.

Lived near by longer then the store had been open, my first time. Just as I expected nice quiet, much fancier version of D&DParking: Even tho it's connected to other places, it conveniently has a nice drive-thru.

Had a fly in my pumpkin cold brew on the bottom of the cup, not a small little bug, a medium sized fly, absolutely disgusting, this facility is so gross and this is not the first time that there has been reported bugs in drinks or the store from my friends, never going back to another starbucks ever again, customers spend tons of money on drinks and facilities cannot even be kept clean, this is an issue with starbucks management as a whole, extremely disappointing and very disrespectful to consumers, this specific location also has extremely unfriendly and sometimes rude employees, which is a very bad look for business, and everything about my experience with starbucks has been unprofessional, as if these people think their only market is to teenagers meanwhile driving away customers by making drinks carelessly and menu items constantly being out of stock, quit trying to be trendy and focus on running a business.

Came there for my family as I never go there anymore as they can never get the order right. But they give me blk coffee for a caramel macchiato. When you call Corp they give you the run around. Call the store and the mgr. goes and gives her reason for the mistake and then I say well can I now talk she gets snappy. Service is bad with turnover. There was a lady by the name of Jen that worked who was nice. Do not go here they don't care
