Today I had the best Experience at Starbucks locted in the Target 2001 South Rd Poughkeepsie, NY. From Marina taking my order to Ian & Figo making sure my Chai Tea Latte was made exactly how i ordered it made my day. They were pleasant and kind young adults. I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation for the GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I received today.

The cashier Barbara was so rash and rude. Clearly looked she had a bad day… was very hasty with our orders, and had no c”hospitality at all, we said hello, and she completely ignored us. Very unpleasant. But the barista Ashley was very nice and made up for Babaras negative attitude.

This is my second time waiting at the register for an employee for over 15 mins while she sits inside and checks here phone. Someone needs to talk to this employee because it’s very unprofessional to be checking phone while you are getting paid to work but you would rather look at your phone. Never had any issues with anything at this store otherwise. The staff is super friendly and they do make the best drinks in this area.

This drink was good good I really enjoy interacting with good Baristas and the person who did my order wrote it down so expertly and the person who made it really nailed it delicious not all Baristas are the same also digital ordering is kind of making Starbucks suck Long Live Baristas please don't replace them with robots

The staff at the south road location in Poughkeepsie is always wonderful. I work in health care and sometimes I might be coming for myself. But often I’m picking up orders like this. Because we’re running way behind and have sooooo many patients ahead of us. We’re over worked and overwhelmed. They go out of their way to label every cup every time to make easy delivery. Saturday, December 7; 10:00am: Three customers who ordered/paid after I did got their drinks before I did. One of them got the wrong drink, and it had to be remade. When I asked about mine, they realized the they had forgotten to make it. Then they made me the wrong drink. Perhaps if the workers stopped blabbing to each other about their Friday night at the bar, and actually paid attention to what they were doing, they wouldn't waste people's time

Wow. My experience was not pleasant. My friend and I had been shopping all day in Target, and soon it got late. We decided, instead of paying for two waters and waiting in the large line, we'd just get one from Starbucks. We walked up to the man working, and asked for two grande waters. Then, he informed me that they were closed. That's not a problem, but what happened next was beyond rude. 5 ladies walked over to the counter, and the man said they were closed. I thought nothing of it. But then, he said, "I'll get you guys a drink.". 5 Venti drinks. Wow. He can't give us 2 iced waters, but he can get them 5 venti complicated drinks? He also had to remake 2. With us standing there, they payed. But just wow. I get that we weren't paying, but still. I don't think i'll ever go there again.

Nice Starbucks location in Target. The baristas are always friendly, and they always prepare our order well. I miss the ability to order popcorn back with this was a Target snack shop, but coffee and a chocolate croissant are worth the trade off. Also, I’m a fan of the removable cup holders that they provide for the Target shopping carts!

My wife sit here drink coffee and fraps while playing cars. A good starbucks where most know what they are doing. Only issue is they need more tables. No problem in the summer you can use tables outside.
