I am in utter disgust at my experience tonight. I was sitting at the drive through for 7-10 minutes shifting forward and backwards trying to place an order while calling out "hello" at the order area. After 7-10 minutes were up I drove up to the take out windows. I was greeted by an employee who looked stoned out of his mind. When I told him what happened he told me "the sensor didn't read you there. I told him that isn't true because I purposely put my car in forward and reverse numerous times incase that would be the case. He told me I needed to get back in line. (Keep in mind I was the only person there when I arrived and by the time I was up to the window there were 5 cars in the lineup behind me. When I told him that I am not waiting anymore and I would like to order, he told me i couldn't order there. When I asked to speak to a manager, the "manager" talked to me. I explained to her what happened as she was barely listening to me. When I told her that I definetly shouldn't have to go back in line and wait and that it was on them she rudely replied "what do you want?" I was absolutely mortified how I was treated. Fast food or not you are in the service industry and when you screw up you make it right. I left hungry and disgusted how they could treat someone like that.

Perhaps this is a doordash issue, but why are you not displaying breakfast options? It's only 10:15. Very annoying.
Honestly? The photos (and a video I can’t upload) say enough. But this experience became all the more insulting when I called to express my feelings about the Cantina tacos and was met with a gaslighting male employee. Other than the usual dismissive tone, he kept trying to insinuate my Dasher sat idle or delivered multiple orders and “that’s why your order is soggy, sorry.” Sir? No. Displacing the blame onto your third party delivery service when entirely broken shells is not a one off with this location is laughable. I was then put on the phone with another male who claims he is a manager and it is his first day at this location. He said I can come in tomorrow (12/23) to have it re-done for free so I will be stopping by and will update accordingly. Whoever the first male was lied though, as I asked if I could speak to a manager or team leader of sorts when I first called and he said he was. He was not and now his dialogue with me makes more sense. If the other location wasn’t literally at the mall, I’d stop going here altogether. No bueno.

I walked out i do not know how to us kiosks no person at counter wont be back
Usually come here and it’s great. This time : Awful service - had to repeat our order 3 times and still got ignored. We told him the screen showed the wrong order still.
Wrong sauces when we specifically asked and was ignored at the counter when staff were in my direct eye line. After I was addressed i asked for the sauce staff walked away. Great right? It’s 10:30pm and not busy.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla from this store and the cheese was not melted at all. I understand people don’t want to go to work but at least do your job otherwise you should quit. I cannot believe this at all this is my first time going to this location and am very disappointed this has never happened to me before and Taco Bell will be getting a call from me.

I've been here 3 times in the past couple weeks and it either took 30 plus minutes for my order to be filled while other customers ordered got service, they made me feel like I wasn't there bottom line disrespectful. And after seeing them look at me many times and say nothing I knew that the management wasn't good. The truth is this place sucks and need way better management I hope you all at corporate see this and take action soon.

Everytime i am ordering vegetarian food and every time they are sending me steak if you are vegetarian then this store is little risky for you.

It's true that their service is sometimes slow & chaotic, but I've never had a problem ordering at the drive-through (I can then go inside if I so desire), & usually ordering at the kiosk (if I'm not driving) is not too terrible. I've no idea who Omar Apollo is, but the "Disha Hot" sauce they're promoting in his stead is rather nice: like a tangier version of Tapatio. It works well to liven up classic Taco Bell crunchy tacos.
