I order online and 9 times out of 10 I get my order perfect. I had a recent issue where the drive thru couldnt find my order....I had to go inside to resolve it then I get home it was a totally different order and stuff I wouldn't eat....so yeah $13 I'll never see again.

I ordered 2 chipolte grilled chicken wraps picked up order at drive thru window, 1st wrap I ate at home was right, 2nd wrap had foreign crunchy pieces that weren't in the 1st wrap. Found out in previous reviews of similar occurrences at this restaurant. Notified the restaurant, they offered a replacement, not that urgent to drive there for a wrap replacement.

I never post reviews and I wish that this one was because of how exceptionally good this Taco Bell location isThey’re awful. They screw up almost every order in ways small or large - primarily missing or incorrect items. A couple of weeks ago I stopped ordering from them because there were major problems with my previous two orders.Today I made the mistake of giving them another chance. Big mistake on my part. When I got home from the drive-thru I found that both the Cinnabon Delights and the side of guacamole I ordered were missing from my order. I contacted customer support through the Taco Bell app, but I can’t imagine any step they could take in response to this that would convince to ever return to this Taco Bell location.

Clean and fresh store BUT absolutely a S show ordering or getting food. I left my chicken burrito ? in the store ( they never even made it) and walked out after 15 mins with 1 person in front of me(waiting for a door dash order for 20 mins ) and 3 others that didn't even order yet and went next doors to Wendy's. People were working hard but too few people for a busy place . I wouldn't go back and lost my money too, but got a life lesson learned ( if it looks like a S show waiting to order walk out now or you'll be there awhile 30 mins or more ).
The employees started ignoring customers 10-15 min before close and just wouldn’t respond and when I drove up to the window they said they just so happened to “run out of all food” early and they weren’t going to drop food 30 min before close. What kind of a business is this. So many customers drove away angry and they didn’t care at all about it. Plus they were rude.

Foods alright, everything you'd expect from a taco bell but there are a number of times where they have gotten my order wrong or even said I didnt place a mobile order at the right location even though I did. What I thought would be a quick stop for a snack ended up taking 30 minutes. Not what I'd call fast

Standard food. Nothing special there. But service? Ha! "What do you want?" Was their greeting in the drive thru. The staff clearly enjoyed talking to each other rather than customers. Oddly, no upsell, no request for a drink, no ask for sauce packets. Almost tossed my food through the window. Everyone seemed disinterested which isn't good for wanting to come back.Vegetarian options: I like the variety of veggie based food. One reason I keep coming back.
